From Van der Sloot's confession, according to Peruvian "90 seconds" TV news:*

On the murder:

"In that moment --he said-- he received an e-mail that said 'I'm going to kill you, +++++'. in reference to the murder of Natalee Holloway, the young American he has been accused to have murdered in Aruba in 2005.

"Next, Van der Sloot talked to Stephany about the case, and told her he was detained for that crime. She --always according to Joran-- had a strong reaction and hit him with her fist on his head's left side. The Dutchman says he reacted with his elbow, and left her 'half-conscious'.

"Moreover, he said, Stephany's reaction affected him so much that he took her by her neck with both hands and 'I strangled her for a minute' ".

On the taxi drivers:

"According to his testimony, he told both taxi drivers (those who took him to Ica, and then to Arica) that he was being wrongly accused of murdering a person".

On the Circumstances of the Confession:

"The testimony was given by the Dutch citizen in the presence of a public defender, and a translator who translated the questions of the authorities in his native language"

Yup. Not seen that version before.  He will have many versions before this is over but one thing that I hope will not change is that Peru is going to put him away for many years and he just does not get that all these fairy tales are not going to get him out of it.

Wonder if Joran tried to contact anyone to dispose of the body for him in Peru. Then left her car at the airport to deceive those on the trail.
Not that it matters, there is enough evidence for him to do time in Peru and Aruba and the US now.

Peru complains drivers to Joran
The three Peruvian taxi drivers who Joran van der Sloot from Peru to Chile are presented, indicted for complicity to murder. That the police investigation said.

The police accuses the drivers that they not have contacted the police. Joran had told them that he was accused of the murder of the disappeared Stephany Flores.

Similarly, the drivers have Joran extorted by him sky-high prices to pay for the rides. He also paid them with a camera and mobile phone. Which have been found.

If she was there, why the hotel employee didnt see her when he opened the door? or maybe she was in another location and she was moved after the monster came back with the two empty cups of coffe. I dont know if you monkeys checked the time in the video, It seems tha he never left the hotel. He only left the room for minutes.

Saturday
3:00 p.m: Stephany Flowers left her house on board van/light truck to pick up Carolina, a friend, in the avenue the Begonias, San Isidro.
6:00 p.m: Both enter the hotel ' Pacífico' , in Miraflores
11.00 p.m: Her friend, Carola joins them. The three young people go to the pub ' Gringo', in Precipice, where they remain until the 2:30 a.m. in the morning.
Sunday
2:30 a.m: Stephany, in the van, leaves Carola-friend at Surco and afterwards Carolina-friend at San Isidro, where they had originally joined up.
3:20 a.m: She (Stephany) arrives alone at the Atlantic City casino, in Miraflores. Carolina calls on the cellphone, but does not have an answer. At a table, Stephany plays poker with the Dutch Joran van der Sloot and Albanian, with the Elton Garcia.
5:00 a.m: A man, known as Gustavo, sees that the van of Stephany leaves the casino.
5:20 a.m: The Dutch (Joran) enters, with the young person (Stephany), the hotel ' TAC'.
8:10 a.m: The suspect (Joran) leaves to buy bread and two cups of coffee at Wong.
8:40 a.m: Joran leaves the hotel with a paper sack and a knapsack and takes the vehicle of the deceased, which then after appeared to be left abandoned in the passage ' Jorge Chávez' , in Surco

Peru taxi drivers Justice continues Joran

LIMA (Reuters) - Peruvian taxi drivers that the three of murder suspect Joran van der Sloot from Peru to Chile brought to justify itself by aiding the courts. It has General Cesar Guardia, director of research Dirincri police, said Saturday.

Aruba's attorney general, Taco Stein, told The Associated Press on Friday he is skeptical Van der Sloot was telling the truth about Holloway's body. He said Aruban officials will decide whether to sent investigators to Peru to question him once they learn exactly what he is offering.

There's no way Joran is leaving Peru...

Van der Sloot spent his first night in the Castro Castro prison held


The murderer confessed Stephany Flores, held at the Castro Castro prison, is accused of the crimes of homicide and simple theft punishable by up to 35 years in prison.

The Dutchman Joran van der Sloot, Stephany Flores confessed murderer, who died on 30 May in a hotel in Miraflores spent his first night in jail.


Amid angry bystanders shouted murderer!, Overseas criminal! And even threw garbage, the murderer was taken on the eve of the Castro Castro prison, where he was fitted a one-man cell, according to the head of the National Penitentiary Institute (INPE), Ruben Rodriguez.

The authority also said that food will be careful with Van der Sloot received, who was detained in the same block in which they are confined Luis Valdez, former mayor of Coronel Portillo, and Trujillo Alejandro Ospina, alleged murderer of business Material Myrian Fefer .

The Dutchman accused of the crimes of murder and against property in the form of simple theft is punishable by up to 35 years imprisonment, as prescribed by the judge Juan Buendia Valenzuela who opened his statement with an arrest warrant.

As recalled, Joran Van der Sloot confessed to the police who murdered Stephany, after the daughter of a businessman and race car driver, Ricardo Flores, review your laptop and discovered his criminal past, including what evidence of his alleged involvement in the U.S. disappearance of Natalee Holloway in May 2005 in Aruba.

Thanks for posting about when Joran confessed in Aruba.  ALE then made it go away and Oduber went on national TV and said that Aruba must not have a tourist harmed at the hands of locals so that everybody knew what to do.

And they actually thought we would be dumb enough to believe them time and again.

Bur we must never forget how they trashed Natalee and her mother and praised her murderer.

"If they find the girl, you will get 15 years, Joran" said Deepak.

Peruvians pelt evil Sloot with rotten fruit


The prime suspect in Natalee Holloway's disappearance was pelted with tomatoes yesterday as Peruvian authorities formally charged him with murdering and robbing another young woman he befriended.

"Murderer!" and "disgrace!" a crowd screeched as cops paraded Joran van der Sloot, 22, past the crush and into a Lima courthouse.

A judge ordered the dastardly Dutchman jailed without bail, saying he killed Stephany Flores, 21, with "ferocity and great cruelty" after a night of poker.

Last night, van der Sloot asked to be placed in a cell by himself out of fear that other inmates would kill him.

The Flores slaying occurred on May 30, five years to the day after American teen Holloway disappeared in Aruba after last being seen with van der Sloot.

He has told cops in Peru that he will confess to Aruban officials where he dumped Holloway's corpse if the Arubans visit him in jail.

Peruvian police said van der Sloot was motivated by robbery to kill Flores.

The Lima police chief, Gen. Cesar Guardia, told ABC's "Good Morning America" that "Joran struck Stephany repeatedly, strangled her, shook her, threw her on the ground" in his Lima hotel room.

"And when he saw that she was still breathing, he used his own shirt to suffocate her.

"When he left the room that morning" to flee to Chile, Guardia told ABC, "Joran took Stephany's cash, jewelry, credit cards, ID and her car, which he abandoned a few miles away."

Holloway's mom, Beth Twitty, is "obviously devastated" about Flores' death, her lawyer said.

"It's a second nightmare for her," lawyer John Kelly told NBC's "Today" show. "Another girl is dead, and another family is living the nightmare she went through."

Adding to her pain is the fact that van der Sloot financed his trip to Peru after receiving $25,000 of Twitty's money on May 10. As part of an FBI sting that day, the Dutchman met with Kelly in Aruba and agreed to disclose how he killed Natalee and disposed of her remains.

Van der Sloot told Kelly that Natalee died when he shoved her to the ground and she hit her head on a rock. He also said his father later buried her body under the foundation of a house.

But the FBI said that house had not yet been built when Natalee disappeared.

Kelly said he does not know why the FBI didn't immediately charge van der Sloot or ask Aruban officials to detain him before he traveled to Peru.

Van der Sloot was charged in Alabama federal court only on June 3, hours after he was busted while on the lam in Chile.

Joran van der Sloot confessed on tape during the sting that he killed Natalee Holloway.  Considering the confession has everything to do with the investigation ... why was Joran not immediately arrested and held by Aruban authorities while the FBI was developing the extortion case?

With the documents signed, Kelly says he handed over the cash and confirmed the wire transfer.  Then, Kelly says, they got into the rental car that had been wired by the FBI, and drove to the site where van der Sloot claimed Natalee’s body had been buried.

CHRIS HANSEN: And precisely where did he say Natalee's remains were?

JOHN KELLY: He pointed to a specific room on a house right by the Aruba Racquet Club. The foundation hadn't gone in yet.


Then, Kelly says , they got back in the car and that's when van der Sloot told him how Natalee died.

JOHN KELLY: He actually admitted,  this was the first time he admitted being personally responsible for physically causing her death.


According to Kelly, van der Sloot claimed that he and Natalee were at the beach and when he wanted to leave, Natalee tried to stop him.  

JOHN KELLY: He got angry and actually threw her. He actually made the gesture in the car, on video, showing me how he threw her in anger, because she wouldn't leave at that point.  And according to him, she hit the back of her head, lots of blood and she was dead.


Kelly says he does not blame U.S. law enforcement for letting van der Sloot leave Aruba but wonders why the Arubans didn't arrest him as soon as they could.

JOHN KELLY: I think at the minimum, the Aruban authorities could've picked him up, and they had the ability to hold him there at that time.  It was their country, it was their island, it was their citizen. They controlled the port, and apparently, they knew he was leaving when he was leaving.

CHRIS HANSEN: Had they prevented him from leaving, arguably, a young woman in Lima, Peru could be alive today.

JOHN KELLY: I don't think it's arguably.  If he wasn't in Peru, she'd be alive today.


But Aruba’s Solicitor General Taco Stein says it was up to American officials to decide when to act.

TACO STEIN: It was an American investigation so decisions on whether or not to detain someone has to be taken to the American, by the American. And we can only execute a warrant that has been issued in the U.S. and if there's no warrant there's no grounds to arrest him

There are ads this morning on Fox that Geraldo will have information he obtained from Peruvian police tonight.  No fan of his but I will get inforamtion anywhere I can.

Some things are falling into place now.

I hope we will be allowed to read the formal charges but they will be in Spanish, of course.  They have Joran six ways to Sunday this time and no reason to lie and cover for him, just the opposite.  Compare and contrast with Aruba.  Buy Peruvian coffee!

The confession of Joran van der Sloot (with video)

The Dutchman told the police that Flores Stephany strangled after she learned of the case Natalee Holloway by e-incriminating.

In his testimony to police, the Dutchman Joran van der Sloot (22) confessed to killing Flores Stephany Ramirez (21) after she saw an e-mail incriminating on the case Natalee Holloway.

In the event of a foreign citizen in the presence of a lawyer, a prosecutor and a translator, this revealed that he met the girl three days before the murder on Sunday and 30 were found again in the Atlantic City casino de Miraflores.

According to official report, he and the young were removed at 05:30 hours local hotel and went to the TAC, where he was staying Dutchman "because he thought Stephany play poker online.

When they were in the room, Van der Sloot, which disclosed that psychological expertise is psychotic and a liar, he received an email on his laptop saying "I'll kill mongolito" and that it was the disappearance of American Natalee Holloway in Aruba ago five years.

Stephany The Dutchman spoke about the case and had even stopped. She-as-Joran gave her a blow on the head with his fist and elbowed him in the face, leaving her stunned. "I took her by the neck and choked for a minute. As yet moved, I took off my shirt and she covered my face for several minutes, until it was motionless, "the Dutchman told the authorities.

Then Joran van de Sloot left the hotel at Stephany van, but after leaving the vehicle parked in Surco, boarded a taxi that took him to Nasca (Ica) for 500 soles and another way to Arica (Chile), which charged him $ 1,500.

IIRC Stephany's father said Joran entered the casino at 2:01am (alone), 35 minutes before Stephany.
Stephany entered casino at 2:36am. He was very specific about the times. He said he and owner Omar spent 2 hours reviewing the casino videos. He talks about the times about 4 minute mark.

He also says that Joran and Stephany were both in casino together (same time) on Friday (May 28th)
when she won a poker tournament.
There were incoming calls to her phone but said it takes 15 days to get those records so doesn't know yet if Joran called Stephany to come to casino. Nextel would only give him her 6 outgoing calls records.
