hello everyone I am new to this posting thing , but I have been reading this forum for about a week and believe there was allot of reading and I am not done yet ....

I kinda no what kinda of person Caysee is I have  afriend that lives in florida that asks the same way , Sleeps around , lies to get her way , uses everyone in her path ...... But I really knew this when I listened to one of the phone calls from jail "when she talking to her friend Kristine , My friend does the same thing HONEY SWEETHEART , you know I love you ,, Honey............ Same thing when she has done wrong and does not want to hear she starts the same BS talk .... As far as wanting to talk to Tony ..... She didnt want him to believe all the lies that where going to start coming out , she wanted to make sure she got to talk to him before he found out about her BS, she was just trying to cover her tracks... so she had someone to go to when she got out .... she does not want to be at home , she knew all of her other friend would already no the lies becasue of Amy , but no one really hung out with TONY......

IMO, unless Caylee's body is found and shows signs of murder, Casey will not get the death penalty. Even then, I'm not sure she would..  I just don't see it playing out that way.

I don't know about that. If they do find Caylee and there are signs of trauma, I think they would have a public riot if she didn't receive the DP.

The two cases that come to mind as possible precedent to this one is Trenton Duckett & Sabrina Aisenberg (?).  Didn't the Aisenberg's walk away with $300,000 by suing the county?  Wasn't a suit filed against the NG show by the birth mother of Melinda Duckett?  IMO, regardless as to how much distress or pressure exerted by LE innocent, decent persons would NOT take civil action against those who were working diligently to find a missing child unless they were framed, tried & spent 25 years in prison.

Again imo the actions taken in this case demonstrate the desire to commercially capitalize in addition to freedom & vindictiveness motivations & involve financially distressed persons who were putting on a show & had but a pot to p*ss in.  Bunch of phonies.  JMHO

O/T  Just spoke with Cubbee...no power now and she doesn't think it will be back on anytime soon...lots of trees down and damage around there and up her block...she and son are doing fine...they are okay...she hasn't heard from Cajun yet...she asked about Lisa too.

Aaak! I'm back to square one with this. Like I said in the beginning... dumpster. Casey is too much of a diva to dig a grave. She would have had blisters on her hands from the shovel, even with digging a short time. She's smart enough to know a dumpster would smell and the odor would be masked.

Several people commented about Casey's computer not being confiscated by LE after her last arrest on Friday night.  It is probably because LE can read every posting linked to their internet company. 

It crossed my mind after the arrest on Friday night that Cindy would be pacing the floor with no one to talk to and we know that she loves to talk, so - I started checking the forums.  Bingo!

Cindy has been all over Orlando Topix since the lights went out in her house on Friday night.  JMO but she has posted as:

OMG!  I don't think she can last that long. Bless her..she was upset a little about all the damage and I think she's been through heck today with this hurricane.  She said people told her the winds were worse than when Betsy went through.
