I ALWAYS check my spam/junk folder.  Usually the problem is in the spelling.  My guess is instead of smklaas@hotmail.com she's typing smklass@hotmail.com (which would be incorrect)

Yeah and I wrote you back!  I'd clicked on your email and the Windows Mailbox came on.  That's where I'd written the 1st 2 messages that didn't go through.  Windows mailbox had your address already prefilled. Wierd you didn't get them.
