Hi all, I've been reading and thinking and want to say that knowing and having been around kids Natalee's and Joran's age/socioeco status I think that it would have been easy for Joran to ask Natalee to help him smuggle cocaine (probably) perhaps to neighboring Island that night with the physical help of more experienced seedy characters. Could have been planned to go somewhere on a boat or even back to US. She would not have had to swallow the packets (for a female there are other ways that would leave her physically vunerable). Hence she was already packed, the scuffle at C&C with Joran and her friends that may have known, Joran liking the extra money, the gansta appeal, her liking the expensive drugs, the excitement, Aruba is a midway for drug trafficing, etc.  Only the more experienced people had more expensive merchandise than the drugs and they took her.  "Something bad happened." Now they are telling Joran not to talk.  Hence the crying and him talking to dad the one time and now the interview with the "now witness" dad.  The beheading.  The VDSes want protection.  This would explain the comment from the politician, the DEA and the FBI and the mother's belief that she may be alive.  Natalee may be pretty and smart but watch and I'll bet she was part of this mistake and people know this....  God watch out for her!!!

With all do respect you need to do a bit more reading and you'd see how absolutely rediculous you sound.

Just trying not to be an ass.  If this has taught me anything...it's that I need to treat people better.  After being cutoff by people in traffic, I find myself thinking, how would Natalee handle this?  Opposed to what I used to to: tailgate, show 'em my sign, cut them back off.

If I were her personal friend I would only be saying the best of things about her right now as well but the very best of kids from the very best of families love excitement and love drugs, it's just a fact.  She wasn't at seminary that night, please remember this.  I'm not saying it in a derogatory manner at all.  I know great kids that behave like crazy for a year or two go on to great colleges and that's the end of it, but it happens all the time.  I could be wrong but I'm telling you I have lived around affluence and teens for a long time.

I have been catching up for a while and went back to #9 and saw all the "Dee Fine is a Moron" comments. I can't stop laughing. I think it is really funny how quickly you guys have picked up on that. We've been putting up with her around here for the last 20 - 25 years.

KKM you should invite Dee to your party so everyone can get the full effect.

I had my fill of that the first time that I say her and that was just this week on O'Reilly and I am in Texas.

Instead of inviting her to the party I think it is a good idea to offer  to trade her for  the release of Natalee.

lol.  Perfect.  Trade Dee Fine for Nat and that puts Dee right smack dab in the middle of Aruba where they hate her!!!!  Then she would really have crime to report about in Aruba.  Crimes against Dee.  They don't prosecute for those down there do they?

This is sounding better and better.  If you guys are bored, you should check out the "ban aruba" petition.  People have posted some hilarious anti-Dee things on there.  My favorite was something like, "I saw you on TV.  You need to get a new bra."[/quote]
