Can any observant monkeys check out this video clip starting at about 11:27. I see Jose (basing it on the color of his jacket and his ring) coming over to talk to Casey. She seems to tell him to Go Away. Does anyone else see this?

Am guessing that Baez hearing NG was in town may have caused his depends to overflow.

The Ants have exploited little Caylee's murder for money. They have reduced their 2 year old murdered grandaughter to a personal ATM machine.  They have sold her image to support a lifestyle for themselves that does not consistently include work. They have chosen to attack members of the public whose hearts have been touched by Caylee's sweet smile and who yearn for justice for her murder.

They obviously love themselves, but what do their actions say about their professed "love" for Caylee? What they do speaks so loudly that I can't hear what they are saying.

Whatever she's saying, this clip from the very beginning is showing a different KC than I've seen so far. She is acting very much in charge and in control, like the CEO her dad described. She is looking like she is steering this ship, telling the others what to do.

Baez had such a chit eating grin on today, he is pulling some sort of underhanded sneaky crap.. just like he did yesterday when the judge to the bailiffs to bring them in to be sworn and Baez started with his challenges.. he's a dangerous momo

Because of my work schedule I have missed being able to watch the past few days.  Wow is all I can say but it appeared to me she said do it too.  Could it be she said do it - meaning file an appeal?

Hmm. If he needs to file a ruling on a filed motion (from Baez?) he'd probably need to be in OC to do it right?

He wouldn't need to be in OC to do it, all he needs is a fax machine. Well, here in Michigan that works. We do motions via phone/fax all the time, you just have to make sure there's someone at the other end to hand it to the clerk.

If it's not a plea, then someone is sick. I really can't see Judge Perry letting them go for anything less, this is a very important and pressing time in the trial...and they are running out of time (or courtrooms!)
