I suppose if we knew when those satellite photos were taken and what month maybe we could determine if that pond was full in May 2005.

Here is a view of the pond from the back of what I presume is the Chinese restaurant.

When I hear and see stuff like this picture, I wonder if the "we had Chinese food" was an excuse in case someone reported seeing them near the Chinese restaurant looking around for the shoes.  They may not have known where the pipes emptied (at that time).  Who knows what else may have been throw into the sewer or canal?

Wasn't there something in Shango about throwing stuff (evidence) into plain view or the trash?

These two pipes are long and terminate at a T crossing nterconnect another long pipe. Where does it lead...need to be checked.

from The two side from the concrete wall walking up and you are behine the Lekker on one side and across the street is the DEN

About what size are these pipes?
about 1.50 meter

OVERVIEW: Because the trial court could properly infer that defendants girlfriend's initial reports to a police officer that defendant had two guns were made while she was under stress, the statement, which was nontestimonial, was admissible through the officer's testimony as an excited utterance under Ind. R. Evid. 803(2).

Ann. § 218A.1412 where informant testified that defendant was the man who sold her cocaine, the sales were recorded on audiotape and videotape, and money used by informant in the sale was found in store at which defendant purchased a money order.

This one?

http://162.114.92.72/Opinions/2004-SC-000293-MR.pdf

RENDERED: OCTOBER 20, 2005
TO BE PUBLISHED
APPEAL FROM HOPKINS CIRCUIT COURT
HONORABLE CHARLES W. BOTELER, JR., JUDGE
03-C R-290
OPINION OF THE COURT BY JUSTICE COOPER
AFFIRMING
JAMES FAIRROW, JR .
APPELLANT
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
APPELLEE
A Hopkins Circuit Court jury convicted Appellant, James Fairrow, Jr., of two
counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, KRS 218A.1412, and
found him to be a persistent felony offender in the first degree, KRS 532.080(3). He
received enhanced sentences of thirty-five years in prison for each trafficking conviction,
which were ordered to run concurrently. Appellant appeals to this Court as a matter of
right, Ky. Const . § 110(2)(b), asserting five claims of reversible error: (1) the admission
of improper character evidence ; (2) the use of a prejudicial nickname during trial ; (3) the
failure to excuse a juror for cause ; (4) the failure to suppress an in-court identification of
Appellant as a result of an unduly suggestive show-up ; and (5) the failure to grant
Appellant directed verdicts of acquittal on both counts of trafficking in a controlled
substance . For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

Appellant's convictions arose out of two sales of cocaine to Ms. Gay Royal, a
confidential informant (C.I .) for the Madisonville Police Department.
