Casey Anthony Due In Court For Hearing
Mom Remains Jailed On Murder Charges In Death Of Caylee Anthony

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is expected to attend a court hearing Friday afternoon in Orlando.

Judge Belvin Perry will oversee the 5 p.m. hearing, which will be centered around whether Anthony's defense team is providing enough information about its expert witnesses to the state.

The hearing will be streamed live on ClickOrlando.com.

Anthony, 24, is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty. Her murder trial is scheduled to begin in May.

I hope Judge Perry does not let them push the line back again,  each time he gives them a little more and a little more, I want to see him put his foot down big time or I am going to lose confidence in him.  If there are JAC spending rules let them be enforced. If he is being an idiot towards JAshton then put him in his place!

You are so right.  The only positive thing I have gotten out of this is the opportunity to share my hopes for Justice for Caylee with you all.

Good morning, Monkeys.  Trimm, I lost all respect for Lee at the OJ Simpson trial.  He said there was a bloody footprint on the sidewalk which had not been identified by LE and it was likely from the shoe of the "Real killer."  Turned out later, after the trial that the footprint was an impression made in the cement when the sidewalk was poured and blood had pooled in the impression.  Some detective?  I didn't see the Spector trial, but I heard abut the fingernail-in-the-pocket flim-flam.  I think he's an old scammer and always has been.  He's for sale just like all the others. Then there's Spitz who testified that Andrea Yates had seen a TV show with which he was connected and got the idea of killing her children from that show.  Turns out that the show hadn't even been on TV when her children were murdered.  People differ about Yates, but it was he who caused her to get a new trial. I don't understand why people have any respect for these two clowns, but they do.  My dog Charlie could do better.  He has a keener sense of smell.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony and her defense team are expected back in court late Friday afternoon.

During the 5:00pm scheduled hearing, which WFTV.com will cover live online, the state plans to ask the judge to clarify if the defense provided enough information about the experts they plan to call on during the trial.

Last month, the defense team was asked to name all of the experts and what they would be testifying on, but the state doesn't think the defense provided enough information.
