It should be noted that Hank Sr was at the scene as well. He stated that he did not wish to complete a written or recorded statement. He said that he did not want his daughter to be mad at him so he did not want to take any action.                      (I think it is about time Hank Sr that you stand up and protect your daughter Misty, maybe her life would be a little better than it is, imo. Who cares if she gets mad at you, if Ron was hurting her step in and do something.)

Of the topic=> I think sending the ballons up with flyers is a great idea!  I found this reponse under the article about it

I wondered if he was afraid he would make matters worse for her & feared Ron (when released) could be capable of something far worse than just hitting her.  (Just a thought I had).

I say they need to take drug/alcohol tests on the whole lot of them involved in this altercation..including Misty and her family along with Ron...not granny Sykes though...she was in bed minding her own business as far as we know at this point...

Exactly NoRose!  Her father needed to step up and submit a report too!  Ugh---these people who are so afraid of their children!  This is not how it should be if they were raised better and making the children understand right from wrong, accountability as well as self worth.  Nowadays its only all about self worth and getting what you can get out of somebody.  Some shades of CA and KC's relationship this reminds me of!  And Misty is just a little skank liar!  Lying to protect Ron at every step.

What does Ron have on Hank Sr.  this is not the first time he has backed away from Ronald...remember when Hank said Ron gave him pain meds....and then changed his mind about it...sorry I cant remember  exactly how it went down...but Hank and Ron makes me think something is hinkey between the two of them.

Ronald Cummings Faces Burglary Charge

PALATKA, Fla. -- The father of a missing Putnam County girl was jailed on Thursday.
Ronald Cummings was arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail on a charge of burglary with assault or battery. He made a first appearance in court and bond was set at $12,504.

Cummings is accused of beating up his wife's father during a fight at the Cummings' home.

Neither jail officials nor officials with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office would provide further details.

Haleigh was reported missing from her home in Satsuma in February, and no trace of the girl was been found. A $35,000 reward remains available for her return.

The Department of Children and Families closed an abuse investigation into Cummings last month and found no evidence against him in his daughter's disappearance.
Cummings and his wife, Misty Croslin, both agreed to complete parenting classes.
