LB is telling the judge that Bobo told her he had a picture he bought at a garage sale and he has not turned it over to the prosecution. He turned red and said it was a joke.  JP is reading them the riot act saying to expect to work 6 days a week when trial starts including Saturdays.  He has very little sympathy when they start game playing. 

He will be drafting a order setting deadlines to turn over discovery from both sides.

Caught BOZO in a lie saying 13 out of town - then judge says "Specific names?" you had any trouble with LE showing up?" State says NONE. LOL

Bobo saying he needs to reschedule depos.  Judge asked who?  then asked if any LE has not shown up yet, LDB said NO.  Then Bobo said that all LE will be brought in asked what their involvement was and if it is determined they are not bit players they will be rescheduled to be deposed.

LDB is explaining the speed depoing of LE that is scheduled right now to JP.  All Le are asked to be there at 8:00 am and will be sitting there all day till it is their turn.

Mason just brought in "retired and gone."  I knew he was going to talk about his age.

JP does not look amused.  He will set up LE depos if they can not get it straightened out by next Friday.  Said last person they want to have them set depos is JP and he WILL look at LE schedules and will set them up in the evening and weekends . 

Now the Jar has gotten up to spew his blather.

Mason said he is going to be doing the depositions himself and will get them done.

Jar says if 30 LE show up that day HE will get 30 depos done that day.

NR, I think this shows how childish BOZO is and how inexperienced he is....you don't joke about evidence in a DEATH PENALTY CASE.

JP said he chose the job of being a Judge and not a Legislator.  If there is too much pre trial coverage then there is something called change of venue which he has already agreed on to get a Jury from another location and bring them back there.

I agree Sunny.  What does he find so funny about this case?  He lacks any tact or class.
