Klaas, remember I talked about those Forensic Astrology threads over at Websleuths in the beginning of this case? I think it was brought up in Kyron;s case, also. I never understood astrology, don't even read my own horoscope, but it sure was fascinating following their threads through Caylee Anthony's case. I also followed the Victoria Stafford case and man oh man were they right on target...right down to the garbage bags & location! I know this may not be everyone's forte but it's still interesting for a forensic perspective. Is this something that would be considered to add to this site or no bc it's not considered a "hard science"? Just wonderin'... I wasn't a believer before Caylee Anthony, now I follow their threads when kids go missing, if anything to see if their findings jive with stuff we all come up with. It's nothing less than amazing.

I don't follow this case but someone emailed me to let me know that Carrie's character was in question. Sorry Klaas but somethings I just refuse to stand by and stay silent. I have to post this, no disrespect to you.

Nobody has the right to question the intentions of Carrie. She is an upstanding person, she was the best advocate for her beloved Amber and is now sharing her compassion with other families. She is #1 in my book and I will debate, argue and ram that point down anyones throat who says otherwise.

Carrie you forever have my admiration and support. Love and prayers to you and your sweet, beautiful angel, Amber. I am a better person and a better mom for being involved in your daughters case and for knowing who you are.

Now back to the task at hand, find yet another missing child. Hailey is lucky to have such attention. I pray you all find her very soon.

Yes, a judge would sign that affidavit &/or warrant right away. Problem is that the police/investigators have to get to the bottom of who downloaded or viewed the content in question first... Remember, it was Shawn's mother's computer, at her house in Big Spring.

Hi Klaas, I have no idea what I missed, don't wanna know if it's really bad...but I want to make sure I don't make the same mistake. Is this in ref to invision posting the data on the website owner? I noticed the phone numbers weren't redacted. I went over all of my posts to make sure I didn't say anything rude and I didn't bc I have nothing negative to say about teamamberrescue. I believe they're a good cause. I just don't want to make the same mistake as I love this sight and proud to be part of you guys. From invision's posts, I know they feel the same way. Reportedly people called Alco to confirm it and they were told the amount left on the 55" TV that was due.   It is also being reported that the layaway purchase was less than 10 days ago.

....and one of her relatives was on HDOD yesterday and said that Billie used
her income tax return to pay down on the TV.

Well, to start paying on the TV since it's less than 10 days old, the layaway policy.  The money still could have gone to paying for stuff like gas to cities to spread Hailey fliers - even if her own gas!  Or getting her car fixed so she can return the donated van.  It doesn't even have to go to someone else, but really - it's pretty flippant to buy a TV and then say you can't help the people who are looking for your kid for you.  Not that I think they'd want her help, before or now.  But I'm sure the Klaas people (who have done so much for her) would likely appreciate water as the temperatures in Texas are starting to get pretty warm, and it's easy to get dehydrated doing a day's walking.  Or that website that they're starting - that will cost money.

Well darn, I thought I was going crazy! You may want to delete the post I just put down then. Sorry Klaas. I was going nuts trying to find that post about the layaway call! I even googled it, then saw on google a post on ws shows up. Maybe the post was brought from there?

It may not be important, but I am very curious to know when the tv was put on layaway. David is not living with Billie. Hailey is obviously still missing. Billie says she bought the tv for the kids, per the HDOD site in which one of her friend's posted that info...but I think it's crazy if it was purchased recently bc Hailey just got a new tv for Christmas, per Billie, and that was why she started sleeping in her room...and I personally feel as though that money could have more wisely been spent on the search for Hailey. We're all generously donating whatever we can. I know I am, I assume others are, too. Her stories aren't adding up and I'm fearful she's hiding behind good charitable foundations set up for missing children. Every single time I play devil's advocate, I still come back to Shawn. I know we're just armchair detectives, most of us aren't cops, but some of us (if not most of us) come to these sites bc we care and want to make a difference. It's painfully excrutiating to know Billie is not pushing this guy away. He is the only names suspect in the disappearance of Hailey. Why isn't she erring on the side of caution? It's not like she's been with him for 20 years or something...more like 3. He's not the father to any of her children, yet she remains attached to him. I understand she may be innocent in all of this, as well as Shawn, but they could help by searching or something. Instead, according to searchers themselves, she acts with distain. Such a sad situation.

IMO, in my very honest opinion, Billie Jean and Carrie are two completely different people, inside and out. No matter the speculation when Amber went missing, Carrie carried herself with respect and dignity - Billie doesn't.
