OK I have been thinking about the obvious when the light bulb came on!

Why would CA and GA check the backyard?  Because they could smell the decompostion.  Right?

I thought perhaps they knew Casey had been coming there and noticed things were moved around perhaps. Or the yard looked different to anal George. They knew the gas cans and the shed were tampered with. 
So, we're all confused... but.. LE has all the call records, all the pings, all the maps, they
have the documents thathave not been released.

I need the transcripts from nancy grace. I  think lp stated that casey went back out to that area  on the 27 after calling penny's..So we would need to find the pings to amy on the 25th and the pings on the 27th right..So casey made 2 trips to this area i think lp stated.. Where can i find the transcripts for ng?

I posted the links to Amy's police statement a few posts back.  The statement revealed that Casey told her about the smell in the vehicle on August 25th.  Does Leonard Padilla have a source that implies otherwise?

And my only concern would be that she would go out there and attempt to move it or do something stupid, because she is that idiotic about doing things.

She figures, I`m in control, I know where the body is at. A lot of other people know where the body is at, too, because between the 26th and the 28th, I`ll tell you when she got rid of the body was prior to the 27th when she called Amy and says, I got rid of the smell in the car.

The night of the 26th, she parked the car there, at Amscot. The morning of the 27th, she went and picked the car back up, went to her mom, she called JCPenny`s and there`s a couple of signals down there in that area where she spent about 15 minutes.

That`s where the body is going to be found, and I`m telling you, Tim Miller is going to get it done.

Hundreds Of Documents Reveal New Clues

ORLANDO, Fla. -- New evidence was revealed on Tuesday as hundreds of pages of documents related to the search for Caylee Anthony was released by prosecutors.

The documents included statements from witnesses regarding what the Anthonys said about a horrendous smell in Casey Anthony's car.

... Amy Huizenga, Casey Anthony's friend, said she was first told "she's pretty sure she ran something over on the 408."

On June 25, which was nine days after Caylee was last seen, Casey Anthony told Huizenga, "I think maybe my dad ran something over with my car when he borrowed it, and it smells like something died in my car."

Huizenga said she also recalled Anthony leaving her a message that said, "There's definitely a part of an animal plastered to the frame of my car." She also said Anthony said she had "gotten rid of it."

I don't know how she could tolerate the odor.  One would think that her clothes would be saturated with the smell.

Mammy ... I agree that Casey would not have been driving around in her vehicle with that stench in her vehicle.  It was one day following the "gas can" encounter with her father that she mentioned to Amy about the foul smell.  It would be interesting to know if the "chloroform" search on the internet was conducted on June 25th or 26th.

1.  June 16th

Caylee loses her life through gross neglect or an impulsive action.  Her body iis put put into a large plastic bag  and ... placed in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.

 
2.  June 17th

 Casey spends the day contemplating what to do with her daughter's remains.  She drives to a secluded area near the airport to look it over.  She only spends ten minutes in the area.


3.  June 18th

Casey backs her vehicle up to her parents' home ... borrows a shovel from a neighbour and buries Caylee in her parent's back yard in the area of the playhouse... the spot where the dog/s hit on ... the spot where a depression in the soil was detected.


4.  June 24th

Casey returns alone to her parents home ... confesses everything to her father.


5.  June 25th

George Anthony retrieves Caylee from the backyard and ... places her in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  However ... the plastic bag is broken in the process and ... decomposition permeates the trunk.

George moves Caylee's remains to another location and ... Casey is given the loan of the green truck.


7.  June 26th

George gives the trunk of the vehicle a cleaning using a product that contains colorform.


8. June 27th

Casey returns home in the green truck ... picks up groceries and ... drives off in her vehicle.

The cleaning of the trunk by George failed to eliminate the overpowering stench.  The vehicle is abondoned at Amscot and ... Tony is contacted.

Cindy apparently held back information about Casey borrowing her SUV at the end of June, around the time Casey claimed George had hit an animal with her car causing the horrible odor.

"Casey borrowed your green truck, George followed her and asked you and said she had borrowed your truck," Melich said.

"I don't know," Cindy told him.

what i don't understand is how stupid could casey be to write fraudelent checks that belonged to Amy and sign her own name....she knew Amy would return and find her bank account emptied and would find out eventually that casey stole from her.....it seems to me she doesn't care or she doesn't think about any consequences.....she had to know there would be consequences ....

She probably just thought Amy would forgive her and everything would be fine. 

Naawwwwwwwww....she thought she would steal the money from someone else....and pay Amy back...with some lame excuse about how there was some kind of emergency that she needed the money for...and her Mom wouldn't help her out...JMOO...Des....

In other words ... LEGAL consequences were never a concern.  Mom and Dad would shield her ... cover for her.

I think LP is justified in having a personal score to settle with Miss Casey. He came in good faith to her whining that no one believed her or would help her yada yada. He did what nobody else in the whole USA would do to help her and she as much as spit in his face. Bless his heart, he really believed Caylee was alive in the beginning. He has had many experiences but it may have been his first with one of those. I tell you Satan himself isn't safe from them. They can make anyone believe anything, short term that is. I hope Mr.LP is there to watch them put the cuffs on her fluffiness . I hope that BS of letting her turn herself in with dignity gets run over by a city bus. Tomorrow I'll tell you how I really feel

Then why did Cindy not refute the words of the interrogator and ... tell him that Casey had not borrown her vehicle ... that she had driven it to work on the day that Casey claimed to Amy that her vehicle smelled ... her father had hit an animal.

I think we all wanted to believe Caylee was alive.  I even thought the family was just acting at first to get her to open up, boy was I wrong.  As for turning herself in, I don't think LE will be so kind after Baez spit in there face the last time with his snide remarks.
