It was information that one of our members heard on the radio as a call in tip.  Blonde asked Des to give LP a call to find out what he knew.  He called the police and found out it was just a rumor.

Lets' pretend that Caylee's body was found by TES when they were first searching in Orlando.  Would LE have been under any legal obligation to inform the family of the find?  Of course, it might have taken some time to obtain a positive ID.  Just wondering if the police must tell the family right away or if they can choose the time to tell???  Anyone know?

LP called the Police Station they said it was a rumor.
 Des talked to him, he called her back and said RUMOR

I'd think once they made a positve ID -- but that could have taken weeks depending on decomp. But I'm no expert.
