It is chilling to me to hear Annie and others say that Cindy phoned Casey all the time and asked where she was, what she was doing, when she was coming home or just ordering her to come home.  I think Cindy is a total control freak.  Annie said Cindy would tell Casey to "come home, I want to go to bed."  Why couldn't she go to bed whether Casey was there or not?  The baby surely would be sleeping.  There is no doubt that Casey wanted a life of her own, but what youhng woman does not?  Cindy was like a giant octopus, always controlling, threatening, advising and then turning on the sugar and sweetness.  She complained to her coworkers about having to keep Caylee so much, but then she threatened Casey with taking full custody of the child.  Just what did Cindy want?  Casey is a problem, no doubt, but I think Cindy caused what happened to Caylee.  She just badgered Casey too much.  It pushed a girl who was already a bit wacky right over the edge.  You cannot play those kinds of emotional games or drama queen games without consequences.

I think that Cindy used Caylee as an excuse to get Casey home from partying. She figured if she got her to come home, she'd not be out all night long and what better way to get her home than to put a guilt trip on her?  I know that I can't sleep at night unless I know that my son is home safe in his own bed rather than running the streets. JMO

I wonder what the net effect of all this pre-trial jiggling/juggling is going to have on the trial itself?  I'll bet the trial gets moved  up to a later date.  I just hope it doesn't make the cause of justice any less.  I would be sorely disappointed (understatement) if Casey were to get off on technicalities esp. due to shenanigans with lawyers.  JMHO

I've never seen such a mess.
The thoughts of Casey getting off are more than I can stand. 

She wont, she cant.  No matter how many people muddy the waters, in the end the maggots will tell their story, Justice will prevail, Caylee will never be free, the Anthonys will never be happy and the Monkeys will rejoice!!!!!

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland -- the judge in the Casey Anthony case -- has filed a complaint against Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, WFTV-Channel 9 reported tonight.
It's very rare for a judge to file such a complaint with the Florida Bar, WFTV reporter Kathi Belich said in breaking the story at 5 p.m.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said the complaint wouldn't disqualify Strickland from the case and that Anthony would have to object. But Sheaffer advised against that move because other judges wouldn't be "as tolerant and as patient" as Strickland has been with Baez.

WKMG's Jessica D'Onofrio explored the audio interrogation of Amy Downing, Casey Anthony's former friend. Downing described Anthony as an overprotective mother who lied all the time -- "but no one ever called her on it," D'Onofrio said. Downing also recalled that Anthony has several breakdowns.

Yes it is still on.  Poor George and Cindy, no way they can create a smoke and mirror show to detract from this before the depos tomorrow.  I am so waiting for Cindy to hang herself and start blathering on and on and on.

OK heres another aspect of these new allegations against Bozo to the bar.   It could be an issue of contract.    Dominic Casey was originally under contract as a PI for the Baez law firm, there was a dispute & Baez reportedly let him go.  Dominic Casey then went under contract with both the Anthonys & Casey herself.   Bozo is NOT the Anthonys attorney, Dominic Casey is not under his employee in November.  There was a big brewhaha over "work product" & when who worked for who after Hoover exposed these visits to the Suburban woods, a month later to be a few feet away from where Caylee was actually found with items directly linked to the Anthony house and/or Casey herself.  Earlier I mentioned that Judge Strickland sees something hinky, I brought up that Bozo filing an emergency motion for the defense to be allowed at the recovery crime scene BEFORE Caylee was identified may be why "Stan the man" is questioning Bozo's conduct.    There has to be something more than a hearsay comment that Judge Strickland found it within his legal & ethical obligation to file the complaint.

I always wondered when LE was still digging day and night, Baez tried to get his forensic people in there. Too me it made no sense unless Baez knew that was Caylee's body in the woods. I always thought that could be Trenton Duckett for all we knew, why was Baez adamant to get his people in those woods. He KNEW it was Caylee. JMO JSM

Came back from watching NG in my living room to relay something.  While legal pundits are saying that Bozo is not obligated to report a dead body or evidence against his client....this is the issue, he has NO right,  to tell another individual, private citizen especially NOT in his employ not to do so.    That is an instruction to a third party...this is where I think his big problem is.

Eyewitness News has learned Circuit Judge Stan Strickland is one of two people who have filed new complaints against Jose Baez. The Florida Bar says both investigations involve Baez's former private eye, Dominic Casey. He's the guy who was at the remains scene a month before detectives found Caylee.

haha jsm, sometimes i think reading backwards, literally, could actually make more sense in this circus of a case!

I think it would help me out when I am so far behind. But it usually gets me in trouble in the long run.

I missed that part,but I did hear him say he has hundreds of pages of documents about Jesses being set up. Defense trying to cause reasonable doubt.

Yes, unless it gets so bad that KC must get a new attorney.  I don't want that to happen, though, because the trial would be put off until 2010.

Actually, we do want this to happen now.  If she has ineffective counsel Caylee might never have justice.  I know the wait would suck, but if this bimbo did this - or anything else, we want it flushed out now.
