He's just such a stupid liar, that's what gets me.  How could Natalee have ever asked to see his house when he told her he was just vacationing there and staying at the same hotel she was?

No, he took her to his house to see his Dad, that creepy old guy from the casino who kept leering at her and trying to make conversation. <shudders>

Urine's confession is just enough sprinkled with lies that he thinks will get him the most lenient charges - but it won't work. The Peruvians will let him talk but they will weigh his statements against the evidence....with the focus of leavening the most serious charges possible. His confessions of half truths and lies will be used against him....they are going for the max.....murder and robbery. NL can pull their human rights crap that urine was coerced...blah blah blah..... it won't fly. urine may be able to play  the Natalee card (id the location) to get a lighter sentence (it will still be in an Peruvian prison).
Stephany's family is beloved...the country is ready to lynch urine the murderer.....
He will spend whatever time sentenced in a Peruvian prison..... and if he survives that...on to US to face extortion charges......if there is anything left of urine after that.....aruba can have his sorry a$$....
Bottom line....he won't live through the Peruvian prison sentence......
May his first day of hell in prison begin....and I wish him a long miserable life.....

I loved how in an article someone brought over today they actually referred to Anita as "murderer's mother". 

Real mothers insist their children tell the truth, Anita.  You might want to try that with your youngest if it isn't already too late.

AMSTERDAM - Joran van der Sloot claims that his victim Stephany Flores hit him before he killed her. That is according to The Telegraph from the first statement confessing that he joined the Peruvian police in unity.

Flores Van der Sloot was two days before the murder in a casino in Lima asked if he was still single, which he 'yes'. They talked again the next day off in the same casino. After a few hours of poker went together to his hotel room.

The suspect, in accordance with The Associated Press that he did not intend to go to bed with Flores. They went to his hotel room on his laptop continue playing poker. The police have doubts about the newspaper that statement. "You're not going together to the hotel for a few games to play poker?", A person would have said.

While playing poker would Van der Sloot through a Facebook message about the disappearance of Natalee Holloway have been. Flores saw that yet. When van der Sloot off coffee and bread was being out, Flores had to have read it and she accused him, according to the statement that he was not told about his past.

Then she would have tried to beat him. The police registered the newspaper that van der Sloot has 'defended' and it gave an elbow in the face. Then he shared multiple blows, including a karate blow to her neck. Eventually, he strangled her until her neck broke.

Van der Sloot would have become so angry because she had dived into his private life. After the murder, he hit on the run.

The Colombian authorities are investigating, according to a Colombian newspaper, there is a link between the disappearance of girls in early May and the presence of Joran van der Sloot in the country.

You know we have all talked about this before and we always, almost sweep it under the rug, but suppose, just suppose that Joran did sell Natalee, not her body, but pictures of her body and her body dying, what if this was a snuff video?  What if this is the way he stops them from talking?  He snuffs them out, actually snuffs them out. 

What if this was his 5th anniversary film to celebrate the passing of Natalee.  This is an awful thought, but I would not put it past him.

Thanks, Carpe.  He's such a pathetic, crazy person.  So, now, he's had to kill her in self-defense.  I expect he will keep adding details as he thinks them up.  I hope he never gets out of prison.

Hi, Darleen.  How are you?  And were you at the hospital helping the sick and wounded or were you there for your own personal ailments?  If so, I hope it is nothing more than something that can be cured with some NSAIDs and a week supply of amoxicillin.

All this talk about Steph possibly being drugged makes me recall something really stupid I once did when I was 19. I was out with a friend who introduced me to some guy I thought was cute. We went to his car and he lit up a joint. I'd smoked before so I thought nothing of it. After just one puff, I couldn't speak, couldn't move. All I could do was cry tears of fear and anxiety over what was happening to me. I guess that unnerved him so after a few minutes he helped me out of the car. I was finally able to move but not able to communicate what was going on. The rest of the night, I followed my friend around like a zombie until she drove me home. I always blamed her (unfairly) for introducing the guy to me and for not figuring out right away there was something wrong, especially when I could barely speak.

Maybe something like this happened to Stephanie when they were in her car. She would not want to be around people, and maybe he said she could go back to his room till she felt better. If he'd slipped her anything (someone once told me it may have been a joint soaked in pcp or something) like I had, she'd have docilely followed him like a lamb to the slaughter.

I think he waited till it mostly wore off before killing her, since he would want to actually see how frightened she was, possibly after showing her his laptop and bragging about his notoriety. When she tried to leave in fear, as ill as she still probably felt, he was finally able to get his thrill by killing her most brutally. It's possible IMO.

I don`t know about him having any video. I think he would have sold it for money.

He can`t help himself. It would have turned up somehow in 5 years.

But exceptional thought of yours on the getting rid of the tennis racquet, if that is what he used on Nat.

That would be a great way to get rid of it - without raising an eyebrow.

Hi, Tyler!  Not sick, working; although, I had care of a trisome 13 baby and that made me sick at heart.

Aren't they sad.  There are so many congenital things out there that we who had normal, healthy children, just do not know how thankful to be.  It does break my heart to see and are hear about these sweet babies born with that and all they will have to go through with all the surgery, medication and never really have a lot of hope for normalcy or a decent life.  Those who care for and love these children are saints
