It doesn't have anything to do with it depending on where they're getting their money and what it's being used for.If anyone related,or otherwise working for Casey is making money off of Caylee's likeness then using the money to put on her commisary or contributing it to her defense is sickening!Thanx for a civil response Fuzzball.I will clarify this by saying.I really don't care where they get there money as long as it is in no way from Caylee's likeness.That is just my opinion.They should not sell one thing in regards to Caylee's likeness.Picture's,video's,etc,etc,etc.I find it a disgrace to her memory.Legally.They may have every right.I don't know.For me.It's morally reprehensible for them to make money off of the murder of Caylee.If people want to donate money to these people that is there right.It's late and that probably didn't make any sense!

I agree - its called "blood money" & its sickening...how many other families that were victims to a family member being murdered sell items & get paid "licensing fees" or accept handouts from others other than to help with the cost of a search?   Even then other families set up their search fund thru a proper foundation that didnt go directly to them nor list their address & personal phone numbers!  As far as people donating to them, its really a sin the Anthonys have taken the kindness of others based on their lies & public deception but if people choose to be bamboozled by them that's their purgative but they're being foolish just the same.

People have to ask themselves why if Cindy's claims of her daughter being a good mother, they were best friends & all that kumbaya crap then why was Cindy frantic looking for Casey if she just was "getting space" and "bonding with her daughter" as she claimed, to the point that she had Lee hunting her down & she was contacting all her friends?  Why would Cindy have wrote that myspace blog & state that she lost Caylee on 7/3 if everything was peachy keen as she claims now?  George & Cindy knew the minute they smelt that car & chose to drive it home instead of calling the police to come to the tow yard like any logical & responsible person would have.  George & Cindy knew Casey killed Caylee months ago & yet they still went on with that farce of 'live sightings' & blaming everyone but her.   What gives them the right to try and ruin other innocent people's lives by their defamatory & slanderous accusations, huh?    How do you think Jesse Grund, Tony, Amy or Ricardo to name a few feel about that?  What gives them the right to plaster other people's children pictures nationally with no regard to their privacy & safety?  I guess they get a pass for all the lies they told up to and including on LKL the night before Caylee's remains were discovered - funny thing about that they lied & the next day God gave us the truth!   I guess we're supposed to overlook that they arent fighting to give Caylee a respectful & proper burial as opposed to worrying about getting immunity & sticking their heads in the sand, there is NO reason from weeks ago why Baez can't release Caylee's remains to them, NONE.   O heck even George's "suicide note" mentioned pointing a finger at Casey's friends - well Caylee wasnt in anyone else's trunk she was in Casey's locked trunk.   At some point Caylee was dead in their backyard, a babysitter or random person would risk going in that backyard other than Casey, yea okay - they KNOW how foolish that is.  I suppose we're supposed to believe the winnie the pooh blanket, toy, book, hamper bag & red heart sticker were stolen by one of her friends in the middle of the night from the Anthony home with George, Cindy & two dogs in the house?

I think there is little chance of a trial in March......probably not until late 2009 or 2010   And what a shame that is..

You know when Casey got pulled into court last time I watched it numerous times and I thought at the time how horrible it was that she only seemed to react to one thing and it wasn't the discussion about her dead child's remains. It was the discussion about the trial date when Baez made the blooper saying that the trial date was set for march and the prosecutor turned around and said no it's not. Even Baez reacted jumpily and I just got the feeling he was trying to stop Casey from hearing that the trial could be ages away. I don't think she realises this or at least didn't on that day and while its obvious Baez needs and wants more time to prepare now I think if Casey is made to understand it could be years b4 this goes to trial I believe she will be devastated. She honestly thinks she will get off and would hat the thought of waiting yrs in her cell for this to go before the court imo.

Good morning monkeys,
     When I heard Geraldo might have George's suicide note, I almost choked.  Can this get any more bizarre?  Then we read that CA told George to get jewelry for Caylee's funeral, that CA is having an affair.... blah blah.  Then the discussion changes to the financial magnitude of the family.  I snipped this quote:

     So, I think about that and wonder, is it my business what money the Anthony's have or are living off of.  Is it my business who the daddy is of Caylee?  Is it my business that the baby has not been buried?  Is it my business if Casey lives her life out in prison or is given the lethal injection?  Actually, none of it is my business but when it was plastered all over the news and I began crying and thinking about this little baby all the time, for 6 dadgum months,  - it became my business.  It became so many people's business that they searched, we donated money, food, time, etc. for this baby.  It takes a village to raise a child and this family was out of control and there was no one there to be Caylee's voice.  I feel "the village" became Caylee's voice and we want her buried and her remains at peace.  We want answers and to understand the dynamics of how this happened.  This family's dynamics, finances, affairs, personalities, etc. all seem to be links to what happened.  I am not trying to be rude and maybe it isn't our business but I want to know all the puzzle pieces in this mess and I want to try to understand it, if at all possible.  Caylee and Natalee have pulled my heartstrings tight.  I will never stop praying for them until we have answers and can put it to rest. Hugs.

That is true, but you can bet your life on the fact that if she had killed a COP...she'd be on death row right now The system is totally screwed up, especially when it comes to baby killers. Hell, it is practically legal here in Maine to kill a kid.

I am still told Caylee was cremated and is not at the funeral home. This whole picking out jewlery for Caylee funeral I think is a diversion. It is my guess CA if she even said it said it to GA in a sarcastic mean tone. Even the documents from CA co-workers states CA is stating she always is yelling at GA as GA can not do anything right in CA eyes. It is my beliefe that GA is a severly abused spouce and this pathology could be why he can not hold a job as well as he does have a knee injury. I think GA has been as honest as he can with the FBI-and grand jury. No matter what happenes GA will still have to testify no matter what his state is- however- I think we will see a plea deal as soon as the evidentiary hearing is over with and even if a trial is in the future that would be in 2010.  IF CA is picking out jewelry which I doubt- it could be say constume jewlery used by Caylee as items to be displayed at the memorial/funeral? BUT whg would VA ask GA to do it?  To make him feel useful? To create a diversion?  To push GA over the edge?

To clarify a few things: THE AFFAIR---CA IS A severe control freak in my severe opinion....when kc hired jose ca/ga hated that--as they had no way to protect or control kc in their eyes. jose refused to include ca/ga in anything. jose refused to tell ca anything. jose refused to let ca know what contracts jose signed and the deals jose/kc made and any and or all media deals--- this sent ca into a tail spin--ca is beyond a control freak---ca befriended dominic with the sole intention of manipulating dominc in my expert opinion so ca could have in inside source....ca told kc not to trust one sinlge person including jose but kc could trust dominic see jail house tape these tapes are facts. Jose hired domonic to be his private investigator and later dominic became kc body guard when ever kc was released on bond-from jail...then when jose found out that dominic was alledgely leaking info to ca ; jose alledgedly fired dominic and domonic went to work for ca- the alledged affair began before this..........this was ca way of controlling jose ------in my opinion.  How do I know this?  I know people sitting inside CA house. This alledged affair has been talked about, laughed at  and shoved in GA  face for about 4 months now---how else would I be the first one to report that GA was missing and the first to report at 2:18 am Florida time that GA was found safe?? I will tell you that I have been told CA was is--seeking a legal seperation from GA  as CA is expecting to sign major money contracts and she wants all the money for her self--rememebr CA own mother said the only reason ca did not divorce ga was because ca found out she would have to pay ga allimony and half of the assests.  GA has for a fact slept on the couch for years and not in the master bedroom.  ca has had other alledged affairs and even moved one guy in this guy name is Paul. I reported that before in old blogs.  CA is also considering suing  jose/kc in civil court if the state does not show ca the contract jose/kc have signed. CA is all about greed in my opinion and in the pride department- since dec 11 the famiy stance is kc would not hurt caylee---HURT IS THE KEY WORD--they are not saying kc is innocent their stance is caylee death is an accident  and kc would never harm nor hurt caylee...but as usual this is false as i can name a dozen facts that kc harmed caylee as i find it harmful for a 2 yr old to be sleeping in the bed with ricardo  and be allowed around adults partys and pot smoke and the fact that nate and his gf state kc just left caylee in toney apt whle kc went in the backroom to do toney...caylee was left on the deck in un safe conditions  and amy  she has a few things to say about kc parenting skills. and yes find it unsafe to leave caylee with kc when in fact ca/ga knew kc had no job lied about being robbed at gun point while working at her fake job at sports authority in 2007. CA called Ryan P. kc childhood bff and told him kc is a sociopath etc  and a big time theif so yes kc own behavior states she is an unfit human being not to be trusted.....i could go on and on with years of kc behavior that proves she is an unfit mother and unfit person who has severe personality defects.

Geraldo--said that he is interviewing Conway live tonight on FOX and he will have the suicide note then and he said it is 8 pages others report 5 pages.  Anyone want to venture how much fox paid for it? Like I said-- FOX signed a contract with CA last week. Jose is out and CA is  IN. I will post the video later night.

GA has in the past- disappeared for 2 days at a time. Oct 2008- GA disappeared for 2 days and called his cop friend in Ohio and told him he was sick of living and was sick of living the lies- I devoted a blog to this and the 3 times GA has said to the media that he wanted to or was continplating suicide. GA does have a family history of mental illenss as I am sure most of us do and this is nothing to be ashamed of....it is a shame if one does not ask for help!  GA is a victim in my eyes and I wish and pray that GA can find a friend who he can trust and confinde in. GA clearly need time to himself away from this and CA in my opinion.

Cindy washed the knife she found in Casey's car.  LE took "a" knife from the flatware set for evidence.  The same set to which the WASHED knife belongs.  It appears Cindy likes to wash things that might be of evidenciary value.
It would be interesting if the duct tape was cut with the same type of flatware knife.

suicide invalidates your life insurance.

I respectfully disagree - suicide does not always negate your life insurance - only if there is a specific rider and if it is within (I think) the first two years! 

As for the note, I think that it is GA's property - that the cops may give it back to him or to his docs. Then it would be his choice what to do with it.  That is where I think CA may come in - she may ask him to give it to JB or media. Then it may be open game.
