For REAL? I never met a zipper that didn't need a good tug"?  I guess I am very very old now. That is disgusting! JMO JSM

This is just my opinion, but most of these pictures- speaking of ALL photos we know Casey had in her photobucket- are "offensive" because we know what Casey has done to her child.. and many of them seem to somehow give us insight to the way she was feeling- about Caylee, about herself, about life in general.  Otherwise, there are many people who have images like these on their computers. It does NOT mean they're whores, or child killers, or psychopaths.     So, in other words, there is much worse out there on the web.

From Orange County Clerk of Court:

1/22/2009     A     AMENDED APPLICATION FOR SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM
1/22/2009    A    NOTICE OF HEARING FILED <01/30/2009> 08:30 A.M.
1/22/2009    A    NOTICE OF PROVISION OF DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL FOR IN CAMERA INSPECTION PURSUANT TO THIS COURT'S ORDER OF JANUARY 8, 2009 RE: DEFENDANT'S EX PARTE MOTION TO APPOINT SPECIAL MASTER.
1/23/2009    A    AMENDED DEFENSE WITNESS LIST
1/23/2009    A    MOTION TO COMPEL COPIES OF THE SCREEN SHOTS OR PRINTOUTS CONCERNING THE FORENSIC EXAMINATION DONE ON THE COMPUTER OF RICARDO MORALES
1/23/2009    A    NOTICE OF HEARING FILED <01/30/2009>8:30 A.M., COURTROOM 19-D

From Fox News:
A lawyer for an Orlando woman accused of killing her daughter has filed a motion seeking additional information about his client's ex-boyfriend.
J
ose Baez, an attorney for Casey Anthony, filed the motion late Friday afternoon. Someone also did a search for the word "chloroform" on a computer in a home where Anthony lived, and trace amounts were found in her car.

Baez wants prosecutors' information about ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morales, who has been questioned by detectives at least twice. The ex-boyfriend allegedly posted a picture on MySpace that showed a man and woman with the title "win her over with chloroform."
Morales told detectives he posted the picture on his MySpace page around the beginning of 2008, before someone searched for "chloroform" Anthony's home computer.

On Friday, Caylee's grandfather George Anthony was found at a motel in Volusia County, Fla., with a suicide note after disappearing a day earlier. Family attorney Brad Conway said in a 911 call released Friday that Anthony left home with several bottles of medication and some photographs.

"We're worried that he's done something to himself," Conway told the dispatcher.
In addition to the prescription drugs, alcohol was also found with Anthony, as well as pictures of his wife, daughter and granddaughter.

A utility worker found Caylee's body in December in woods near where she lived with her mother and grandparents. She was reported missing in July, a month after she was last seen.

Documents released by the state attorney's office last week revealed that the toddler's mouth was covered with silver duct tape that had been adorned with a heart-shaped sticker.

The reports also showed that duct tape was attached to her hair, and the little girl's remains were placed in a laundry-hamper bag and then secured in a plastic garbage bag before they were left in the woods.

I agree with you Lucinda...I don't think he would have carried out this suicide..but I'm still waiting to see what happens next..George may have taken off to clear his head, and break from Cindy with all the BS...we haven't seen the suicide note he wrote (and probably never will) so all that's left is to see what his next actions will be..if he goes home to Cindy then I'm quite comfortable in calling this a HOAX/Publicity/Sympathy Stunt/Distraction or something similar...the only thing I feel bad for them about is that they've lost a granddaughter which by what I've seen, they loved very much....it's everything beyond that that closes the sympathy door for me.. JMO

Oh, of course he loved caylee, cindy too.  This suicide attempt, I doubt is for publicity.  I think GA is pretty smart and knows the law.
Thus he has done this suicide attempt, and he can claim mental instability/breakdown.  If he puts a good turn on under medical specialists, they can actually do tests, and determine if he is faking it.  Lets see the medical reports.  (which you sadly never see in high  profile cases)

If Kathy Reichs hasn't seen any of the other evidence besides the bones in the box, did she say why ? Baez was to get the secure computer, but the " experts " would also have to have secuure sites.
I dislike even using the term bones in the box. Sounds impersonal and removed, doesn't it.

I think she sounded very impersonal and removed.

I may be -- probably am -- totally wrong on this, but I seem to recall when she published her first novel, she was touted as "competition" for Patricia Cornwell's Kay Scarpetta books -- I think Kathy Reichs worked as an assistant to an ME and studied anthropology but I do not recall her having either an advanced degree nor certainly an MD which would qualify her as an "expert" witness, so I'm surprised that she has joined the "dream team" based on my understanding of her qualifications.  Of course Dr. Baden is always available to assist her......
Uh oh I have messed up the quote box, sorry bout that.

r=navy]Thanks for reminding me of her name.  I bet the defense considers her the the ringer.  She brought up many ridiculous points that have been asked and answered to a farethewell.  She wants to see evidence "in context".  Gee, really?

I wonder if she expressed that same sentiment to her college professors prior to her getting her anthropology degree (if she has one--who knows w/this raggedy bunch  ).[/color]

Dr. Reichs is a doctor - she is of a small number of anthropologist that are actually certified as Forensic Anthropologist. She has seen things that would make this case pale in comparison - she spent a lot of time in Rwanda identifying entire families that were wiped out, she has identified war victims from many different wars. She is an expert in the recovery and identification of bones.

I was going through some of my saved pics and came across these that were from Casey's deleted photobucket account.  Since it's kinda slow here thought I would share some of them.

Is it bad that I found that really funny??

Something else to note on many of these pics in her deleted photobucket is that most, not all, are snippet sayings from movies.
Heck if I disclosed half of the stuff I was given as "flare" on MySpace from all of my friends, you all would think I was a raving lunatic with a really bad fetish for fashion and a great pair of stilletos!

Thanks AM, I agree with you.  Some of these would actually be "cute" or "funny" if they were posted on a *normal* persons myspace page.    (not that I think the zipper one is cute in ANY way, but that's just me).

Good Morning Perri, and thank you!

I still cannot believe that it took a member of the Anthony family attempting to take his life for them to FINALLY realize that perhaps they should lay their grand daughter to rest

Hi Leroy,
My opinion remains the same.  heaps of you all here will disagree with me, but its just a ploy.

I agree with you Lucinda.   I'm sure George is depressed - and needs mental counseling - but I don't trust him or any of the A's.

Don't know if this has been posted:

Casey Anthony tells inmate she’ll take “truth serum” to prove she didn’t kill Caylee: REPORT

January 25, 2009 by derekclontz

Copyright (c) 2009 Derek Clontz/4-Page Media, Inc. All rights reserved.

Casey Anthony defiantly told a fellow inmate that she will take “truth serum to prove” she didn’t kill baby Caylee, the 2-year-old daughter cops say she murdered in cold blood last summer, a jailhouse source reveals.

“The inmate Casey was talking to is a reliable informant,” the source told me exclusively. “I trust her. If she said Casey said she wants truth serum to prove her innocence - and she did say that - then I believe it.
1,700 home remedies for 176 illnesses and afflictions at HerbNews.org

FREE GUIDE: 1,700 home remedies for 176 illnesses and afflictions at HerbNews.org

“I also believe Casey would be crazy to take truth serum, because, let’s face it, she’s guilty, and truth serum would prove it.”

Police deny that Anthony, 23, could have made such a statement to another inmate because, as one veteran investigator put it, “she’s damn near in solitary confinement.”

To which our source said, ”Casey is supposed to be isolated and kept away from other prisoners, that’s true.

“But make no mistake:  inmates in every jail devise ingenious ways to communicate, and oftentimes, especially in murder cases based on circumstantial evidence, the authorities find it convenient to look the other way, especially when one of the inmates is working directly for them.

“You better believe Casey Anthony is talking, and you better believe she has a confidante. Unfortunately for her, in this case, the confidante is an informant.”

Taken at face value, her alleged willingness to take truth serum would be the first indication that Anthony, who by all appearances is an unrelenting and pathological liar, is willing to cooperate in a serious interrogation, as truth serum - scientifically known as sodium pentathol - historically has been used with some success in criminal cases and also in military investigations of prisoners of war and spies.

Tapes, videos and transcripts of such a drugged interrogation would not be admissable in court, legal experts consulted by derekclontz.com agree.

But they still could prove to be valuable by giving police and prosecutors details and information a defendant such as Anthony previously may have withheld.

And the follow-up investigations based on such new information would be admissable in court as long as acceptable investigatory procedures and protocols were adhered to.

“The chances of anybody giving Casey Anthony sodium pentathol are slim to none,” said an expert who contributes regularly to a cable news show covering the murder case. By contract with the cable network, the expert must remain unnamed in print and Internet reports not associated with the show.

“But if she’s really so confident that she can prove her innocence,” continued the expert, “why not take a lie detector test?

“We all know the answer to that. She couldn’t pass a lie detector test,  she knows she couldn’t pass a lie detector test - so she isn’t about to agree to a lie detector test.

“But she can say she would take  truth serum because she knows full well police aren’t going to give it to her.

“Look, Casey Anthony isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer, but she certainly is one of the connivingest. Truth serum?  I can just imagine what would come out of her mouth … she’d be retracting every word she ever spoke. She is a deeply troubled young woman for sure.”

“Casey is supposed to be isolated and kept away from other prisoners, but make no mistake:  inmates in every jail devise ingenious ways to communicate.

“You better believe she’s talking, and you better believe she has a confidante. Unfortunately for her, in this case, the confidante is an informant.”

Investigators also found sticker books inside the home and scrapbook material from Caylee’s home. They also found one of the toys that matched with the one found with her body.

What toy are they talking about, I must have missed this some how!
I read a "Taz" doll, I am assuming that is the Tazmanian Devil from the Looney Tune babies.  I do not know what a Taz doll would match up with.

(Catching up from last night, if this was already answered I apologize.)

Frankly, I think it's hilarious.

Have any of you been to Spencers, or Hot Topic? How 'bout visited a site like T-Shirt Hell, or Funny T Shirts?

Here's an example of two things (images on a t-shirt) that you have either seen in Casey's photobucket, or you  might expect to find there based on what we know about this case:

http://www.roadkilltshirts.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=PS%200014%20TAPE%20SILVER-RK

http://www.roadkilltshirts.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=PS%200013%20POLICE1

These images are considered humorous by many people. Yes, they may be considered twisted, but people wear them.. others don't wear them, but still find them amusing.

As for the images of skulls with bows, etc..  Yes, they offend because we know Caylee is a poor little girl that has been skeletonized out in the elements..  a little girl who might have worn bows in her hair while alive.  But I can pretty much guarantee that you can find those prints on shirts, jackets, and more, in your local Hot Topic store.   There are even MySpace layouts with these images.  For those of you with teenagers...  show them those images out of context.. in other words, w/out referring to Casey. Just see what they think of them.  (Although if you act completely disgusting by them, they might just go along with you to keep you happy).

George's past medical records will be pulled especially if he had previous treatment for mental issues I would think. I am not so sure havnig a suicide attempt would qualify for him not testifying though. I guess the defense could bring it up to the jury if they are hoping to take away from his testimony. I don't think it will work but all the defense lawyers including Conway and Luka are going to try anything to make their client look innocent.

If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

« Reply #1135 on: January 26, 2009, 09:37:42 AM »

At this point, I am sad for George and Cindy.  Their lives have been exposed, analysed, ripped apart.  Add to that the circumstances surrounding Caylee going missing, being found, Casey being Casey, possibility of Lee being charged, knowing that their granddaughter is in a box somewhere following her 6 months in a swamp, protesters, webcams on their home, unable to go to work, I really could go on and on.
These people are not perfect.  They have done many things wrong.  They weren't perfect parents.  They probably raised a sociopath murderer.  But I still want to pray for them.

They are hurting no matter what anyone says.  How long can a person live in a cage, being watched, poked with sticks, spit upon, screamed at, and torn apart from their families as people watch and ridicule before they really do go insane?  Before they break down?  How much can we expect someone to take?

I feel sad that this family has become what it has.  It is a shame that as humans our justice system allows drama of this kind.  It amazes me that this situation has continued on and on.  Each day with a new headline, a new tid bit about real people to chew on and go over.  I truly believe that people think of this as a soap opera for their personal entertainment.  I am somewhat ashamed that I am feeding the monster that I also despise.

They say that if a police car follows you for 1 mile, they could find a lawful reason to pull you over.  I say the same about the media and those watching it.  Someone could follow me with cameras all day long, everyday for 6 months.  I am sure there would be plenty of things people could say bad about me and  I am just your average stay at home mom.

I really wish people would begin to sleuth this case rather than crucify the people involved.

OK.  throw the nanners.

Yes and in fact much easier than the trashbags. Each diaper/pull up has a number on them. I did not know this until last week when I bought a pack of "faulty" pampers and called to complain. They made me read them the numbers off two of the diapers.

Sorry if this has been answered, I'm 5 pages behind.
Very interesting!  So they could have more than one slam dunk in all of this, the pull ups and the trash bags!

(On another note, new mommy to be wants to know what a faulty pamper is??)

Perri - IMO, the reason why the A's are being put through all this by the media is because of their actions.  They brought it on themselves considering they have done nothing to help get justice for Caylee.  Again, just my opinion!
