It will be interesting to see if any parents of children in her SUPPOSED Sunday School class speak out.  I have cringed each and every time she's referred to a "a Sunday School teacher" by the media.  However, I don't think there was ever a legitimate Sunday School class taught by her or anyone else as this particular church.

I would REALLY like to know what the point of holding services on Easter was.  Keep up an appearance?  Who would even WANT to attend a service there after knowing that Sandra died there?  I cannot believe that.

Something I caught in several articles that I just wanted to throw out there, Sheneman stated that Melissa spent an extrordinary amount of time at the church. I wonder what she was doing there?

AND they said last night on the news that the recording equipment was taken from the church.  If "sermons" were recorded, why would LE need to take it?

A larger church might have a ministry to others by recording their sermons, yet for a "church" with only 15 members, (majority family) I find that highly unlikely.  If I were LE, I'd challenge that and ask for copies of the "sermons" recorded in the past.

The Lawless family said the other day in that video, that they do have a ministry to others, that they would like to be allowed to continue to do.  Would love to know what their "ministry to others" actually is.

For Melissa to have only 4 or so children in Sunday School, as reported, it sure wouldn't take very long to prepare lessons, none of which likely needs to be actually done at the "church" itself during the week.

The one Sunday out of the year that tends to have the largest attendance, in a Baptist Church, is Easter.  Sunday School being a very important part of that day.  Interesting that in the Clover Baptist "church", there was no Sunday School reported that day, (no one to cover for Melissa's class?) and the service was at it's regularly scheduled time.

Personally, if I belonged to a church that LE had reported to media was very likely the scene of a murder, THE last thing I'd be doing is attending services there.  At least not until LE had time to investigate and declare it 100% either way.

And speaking of which.  How can LE report in the media that the murder very likely was committed at that "church", while at the same time, allow services there to continue there "as usual"?

I didn't think they had said where they thought the murder took place, did they?  I missed it if they did.  I am concerned with any other children that may have been in that Sunday School class, if in fact there were Sunday School classes there, as well as her daughter.  What about the other little girl she was questioned about drugging?  I bet she did video record the 'act'.  I wonder if it was to be sold?  That would certainly tie in the porn film connection and the 60 pedophiles they are being questioned.  How many times has MH done this, and it didn't end in murder?  I am just so saddened by the inhumanity of this act.

You just reminded me.  Why were there no church services period on the weekend before Easter?  Palm Sunday?  No services.  How did that come about?

I think there's definitely a link there.  As far as the Lawless family goes, it may just be Melissa who is connected to the ring, but I have a bad feeling that it's not.

OMG, I am so sick in my stomach right now. I am so f*in mad.  I didn't want to believe this but, I suppose in the back of my mind, I suspected it was going to come out.  I can't believe this.  I have to get away from this case--it's killing me inside.  That beautiful little child.  Next thing we're going to hear is that the COD was not drug related and was violent.  That will do it for me. . .

If this wasn't enough, for anyone following Caylee's case, the prosecutors are putting the death penalty back on the table for Casey

BLOCKED WEBSITE

I wish her poor parents didn't have to be hit with yet another devastating piece of information now.  How awful.

I was wondering when this would surface. I knew there was evidence of rape but was not going to reveal a source and secondly, this family was not going to hear this from me before Easter.  Brace yourselves.

OH God, is it going to get worse than this?

Yes.

I am just hoping and praying that the results of the drug levels in her blood are sky high, so that her parents can at least have the comfort of knowing that she may not have suffered.  I'm sure they'll always wonder, though

My mind is already going other places.  I wouldn't be surprised if Melissa was at some point sexually abused.  Unless she's a sociopath (or is a sociopath because of it), I doubt it's common for a woman to do something like this unless she was a victim of sexual abuse, in addition to any other types of abuse.

So that leaves me wondering, who might have abused her?

I'll stop there for now.
Flossy jmo but I think that Connie Lawless is full of Pucky .. I think she is brainwashed and living in denial land ..and I think that the entire family is in cohorts of some sort.
They hide behind their Label of " Church" .. and that they should not be looked upon as every day ordinary people...that somehow they are Above everyone and the Law ..

What happened the Laws of Humanity, Morality?

Just them having the Easter Service in their so called abandoned ( No Congregation to speak of) Building that they claim their Family "church" - is a disgrace not only to Sandra but to Sandra's Parents and Family.

Yet they beg the community to pray for Melissa ? Which side of Humanity are they on?
Most of these " Estranged" church thumping members of the " Lawless" family have had NO contact what so ever with Melissa ..in months or maybe longer. I think Melissa's own parents washed their hands of Melissa long ago. Yet they Stand in Public and Beg for Her Mercy.
Live 5 hours from Tracy and yet show up to the "church" where Sandra was Murdered... On Easter Sunday of all Days and have a Service.
That and they can stand and tell the public of Tracy and the Nation alike that - " Melissa is Misunderstood" ... and is to be Innocent because she is a FANTASTIC Mother .. Mom of the year .. that has a past of taking and drugging a little girl on record .. and doing who knows what with..that poor kid.
Then Sandra. I think that someway somehow " Sandra " witnessed something along the way ..or heard something. I don't know.
My Only Wish is that Sandra's Death ...blows the lid off what ever Monster Society is with this family and its members.

My Father said to me ..when I told him that Sandra had been found. He and I have been talking about Sandra since she was reported missing. We talked about the speculation of Child Pornography and all of everything.
My Father said to me, Baby the one thing I can say is this. God works in strange ways, He said Sandra's Death may have been a blessing .. that her fate could have been worse then death. He said at least we know that No One can hurt her anymore.

I just don't understand HOW anyone could hurt a child.
Justice for Sandra will Happen. I feel it.

Wow. So all of the conspiracy theories we have been spinning might very well turn out to hold truths. Sickening, indeed. So many great thoughts posted recently, as always:

• Re: LE allowing the freak family (sorry -don't like name calling, but am just so disgusted) to hold Easter services there...maybe it's all part of LE just letting them continue to hang themselves - not letting on how much info LE already has, so they don't scatter like the vermin they may well be. Sgt. Sheneman seems unwavering and solemnly confident in all of the interviews he has given yesterday & today; he most likely knows more info will come out eventually.

• Wiks hits it right on the head with the observation that if MH held bible studies there for kids, where were THEY on this holiest of Baptist holidays? Why aren't those families speaking as to MH's kind and wonderful ways with children? The only people speaking out in support of MH are her family, all of whom are in some way 'affiliated' with this church/pastor/religion.....

• ...and then there's Grandma Lawless, already surmising that poor innocent Sandra was abused..... red flags everywhere, and as some of you call your 'hinkey meters' (term always makes me giggle - but it surely makes your point!) ... well, they are screaming like an air raid siren to me!!!

I keep going back to the statement LE made about not finding the murder weapon yet. I'm thinking the COD is not being over drugged as I had hoped for..........
