Pamphlet-Passing Protestor Violates Judge's Orders

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A civil rights activist is openly violating a judge's order Friday afternoon. He's handing out pamphlets to jurors in front of the Orange County courthouse that contain information on your rights as a juror.

Julien Heicklen has been handing the pamphlet out for several years and it is possible, that depending on what he says to jurors, he could be arrested. Heicklen said he's purposely going to violate the judge's order because he believes it is a civil rights issue.

The Florida state Attorney's office has released more documents in case against Casey Anthony.

Friday's document dump included copies of the following:

    * Forensics exam results from a lab in Pennsylvania
    * Details of a search through Casey's computer
    * Emails between the Orange County Sheriff's Office and attorneys
    * Documents related to Texas EquuSearch's efforts to find 2-year-old Caylee's body.

The documents also include what appears to be a witness statement from an ex-boyfriend in California.

Yes it does and I was thinking.....this was released 59 days before jury selection begins.  Most likely those called for jury duty already live here.....all the headlines and local newscasts are talking about this.  This info could remain with someone who doesn't even follow the case.  This is not the first time, and it won't be the last by J. Lyons, or the defense, but this is in the news, loud and clear.....Casey's defense team is as deceitful and unscrupulous as they come.  The only reason for these actions is Casey is guilty.   moo

O come on now!    There comes a time when CJBP is gonna have to stop having the taxpayers line that J Lyons pockets & feeding his ego any more than necessary, its not like he's turning out any exculpatory evidence or anything worthywhile....geez

Great...just great. Now I have to pay for more investigative hours and all those damn yellow legal pads this week. Will it ever end?

Can you imagine how many pads she'll go through by the time this trial is over?  

I know if Casey was my daughter and I was George or Cindy, and there was a chance she would be coming home, I would be going through Depends pads as fast as she was going through legal pads.

I was wondering if casey was to be set free! she would be as she herself stated a vindictive bitch! and tell her mother that she killed caylee!! I truly believe she would tell cindy to hurt her knowing there could be no double jeopordy!!

What if an inmate has no commisary fund, these subusistence charges, who would pay them?  If an indigent inmate, wouldn't the state pay those charges? 

No money in the account, no commissary orders.  The daily substinence fee is always there. It must be paid before release from jail, I think.  Just because she is indigent, most likely many inmates are, she still has to pay for her keep.

I noticed no tampons were ordered, guess she's using what the jail offers for free.  And why does she need new shoes?  How the heck can she wear them out sitting in her cell 23 hours a day?

On the shoes, I wondered that myself.  Could they be for court days?  I cannot fathom being in a cell 23 hours a day.  I mean I sit at my desk many days but i can get up, go to the bathroom, go outside for a stroll, etc.

Or, as we figure, just a ploy to get out to CA. and vanish? 

She fully intended to run off and have Mark put her up for a bit...no doubt in my mind.   She was on to the next person she was going to use.   This document has some rather interesting things in it.
