OK, going back and reading Part1 & Part2 again. 

I have to say that if that is a picture of Mr. Williams, I have no doubt that there was probably some boinkin' going on between him & KC.  He looks like just her type imo.

Yep, I thought the same thing.  Especially when I viewed his Myspace page and the details of what he looked for in a woman:  Dark hair and something, something.  Made me think of KC and him gettin' it on sometime or another.

You went there? I guess I need to go to her thread to ask questions so I am not off topic. I knew Lee wasn't Caylee's dad but he did make me wonder when he didn't want the DNA test.

Wednesday's hearing in the civil case against Casey Anthony has been cancelled. The hearing was set to decide how depositions be handled with Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony. Casey is being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez. She's a woman with the same name as the babysitter Casey said stole her daughter Caylee.

Late Tuesday afternoon George and Cindy Anthony's attorney, Brad Conway, said he had worked out and agreement with Gonzalez's attorneys at the Morgan and Morgan Law Firm. Lawyers from both sides agreed that the depositions will be taken in Morgan and Morgan's mock courtroom. The media will not be allowed inside the room, only those directly involved get access.

Conway tells FOX 35 that Cindy and George Anthony just want to get these depositions behind them. They feel this lawsuit is frivolous and that Zenaida Gonzalez and her attorneys are just doing this for publicity.

Cindy and George Anthony will be deposed separately on April 9th.

Thank you so much, Today.  When I search for Copenhaver in Caylee articles, I see him popping up in October relative to the big TES search efforts then.  More stuff in November, too, but didn't find him back in August when Cindy made the "3 detectives" statement to Williams. 

Was he involved back then, but just flying under the media radar?  Do we know if he ever visited Casey in jail?

No, that is not necessarily true JSM.   Once Morgan filed them with the court (as he did with Lee's) it can be released to the public under the Sunshine Law-the media will request them

The picture was him in the bathroom with his shorts pulled down past his waistline. I guess I am getting old. I don't get why these kids have this thing of taking pictures of themselves in the mirror? Joe was glad to see me, I hid behind the desk but he found me. He has a shamrock bandana on today. They dolled him up for St Patrick's day. I hope KC is getting a green baloney sandwich for supper tonight!
