I have to say this .. because I feel I have too.

I am not usually a person that wishes bad things.. But Can we say that Robert's Mom needs to " STOP" having children. That it is court ordered that she have her baby maker shut down.

I swear I don't understand WHY people continue to have children so they can be abused and thrown into the system for basic survival  - for Protection from their own Mother. If you have a track record that every child you have is taken away from you ..and or abused by you, or by the people you entertain within your lifestyle ( the reason why they are taken away) should it not " Be Clear" that you were not meant to have kids?

Omg. Wth. Let me guess she pleaded insane. The courts bought it and she is free out in the puiblic to do what ever she wants. It would not surprise me. I have very little faith in the justice system these days. I am so so very angry. At the sh*t that moms and dads do to there children. Imo they need to make a state only for people who kill rape and all of the very bad stuff that grown ass people do to children. And just leave them there to rot. Is there a link to the story about the bio dads 1st sons murder.

On the fifth day of an exhaustive search for a missing Boise boy, court documents revealed a family tale of abuse, tragedy and more.

Robert Manwill's mother is on probation for fracturing the skull of Robert's infant half brother, a boy the state removed from her custody.

Robert's mother's boyfriend has been convicted of burglary, battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, and is banned by the courts from being alone with Robert's half sister.

Robert's father, meanwhile, has already lost a son. In 1993, his first wife stabbed their 4-year-old boy in the chest. She spent 10 years in a federal prison after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter.

Boise police won't talk about the family or the details contained in the court documents.

God Bless Robert and I am sorry he was born into this family. This child " I can't even imagine" what he has witnessed in his short lived life. He is now forever safe. Does not make it right.

Robert Manwill's father, Charles Manwill, has had custody of the boy since January 2008, according to court records.

The records show Jenkins was admitted to the hospital that month for early pregnancy complications and was unable to care for Robert, who has lived with his dad in New Plymouth ever since. Jenkins has visitation rights, and the boy was visiting her the night he disappeared.

Almost 15 years earlier, Manwill was an officer at Fort Polk Military Base in Louisiana, in his early 20s and married to a woman named Silke Fatma Manwill.

In November 1993, according to federal court documents and Louisiana newspaper reports, Silke Manwill "upon sudden quarrel and in the heat of passion" stabbed their 4-year-old son, Michael, in the chest.

She was charged with first-degree murder; that charge was dropped when she pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter.

She served 10 years in federal prison and was released in 2002, federal documents show. Her sentence included five more years of supervised release.

So tje bio dad who's 1st wife stabbed to death there 4 year old child only served 4 years. No wth. That is not right she should never b able to get out of prison. And I agree moms that murder or hurt or neglect there children should be mad to get FIXED. Omg I am so irate right now. I just want to punch something. UgHhhhhh

I believe the SUV dude is involved in all this. On Jane Valez-Mitchell tonight they played a clip him explaining away why cops questioned him and dug up his backyard and he sounded like he was faking bewilderment.

I really think this child lived a life with many characters coming in and out of his world. I think Mother plain doesn't give a pppffft of who comes into contact with her nor her children. Obviously her track record concludes that.   
I don't know who SUV dude is. I have not watched JVM in a few days I am just sick and tired of all the MJ updates. ( Yes I loved him) but enough is enough. NG has lost my thoughts too. Her being on Vaca and Pushing her book ..has made me turn her off too. So forgive me if I am not knowing who some of these Hinkey people are.

I am sure LE knows who is who. Let us hope.

The last 10 minutes of JVM was devoted to Robert's case. The other 50 were non-stop MJ. I'm sick of it.

SUV dude just popped up today. Apparently a bloodhound picked up Robert's scent on his SUV which was convieniently stolen 2 days prior to Robert going missing. SUV dude is a friend and know Robert's family somehow (not too sure).

I think the mom is a complete nutcase. I feel sorry for Robert's father. Losing his 2nd child to another senseless act the was probably perpetrated by the mother of his child.

I don't know what to think.  I am wondering what the autopsy will show.  I hope they will be able to estimate a time of death (since he was in the water so long).  That whole SUV stolen and returned has me wondering--sounds unlikely. 

Is Idaho a death penalty state?

Why was Robert's mom allowed to plead down to injury to a child when she was charged with felony child abuse?

The system that is in place to serve and protect the children, is letting them down as much as their parents. They are putting this lambs back into the lions den.

The judge that ordered unsupervised visitation for Robert with his mother, has Robert's blood on his/her hands tonight.

The key will be his approximated time of death. Is it not more difficult to determine that -" IF" a body has been submerged in water?
I swear I just saw it on one of the cable Crime shows. That offer true statistics within Murder investigations. 
That once a body is in water it makes everything more difficult within autopsy. I may be wrong.
