I don't think any of us know how we would react in the same situation that Ron found himself in.

People react differently in times of fear, and I think that his reaction was from fear.
Misty sounds drugged to me....as if her Xanex hasn't worn off.

In short....no, it doesn't sound rehearsed to me.

Well, Monks, what y'all thinking?  Where's the heck is Ron.  Where the heck is Misty?  Out searching the swamps for Haleigh?  I think not.  Guessing he and Misty didn't head off to Massachusetts since apparently Timmy was making threatening calls to him last week.  Don't think they've headed up to Tennessee to see Misty's dad.  Anyone aware of any other relatives in the Florida region they might camp in with to escape the heat?  And what's your speculation on whether LE knows exactly where they are at all times?

I am beginning to think it is possible she is in protective custody somewhere. I don't think she has any finances for an extended trip nor any friends who would foot the bill for her. Either that, or her lawyer sent her somewhere out of the limelight.

I believe LE knows where both Ronald and Misty are.

I keep going back and forth on this 911 call.  I think Ron's reaction may well have been very real.  As you say, who knows how anyone responds in a situation as awful as this was.  For myself, I find that in times of emergency, I usually react very cooly and unemotionally ... and then fall totally apart afterward!!!

As to Misty, I've come to think that maybe what sounds like "panic" in her voice may well have been just her reaction to the way Ron was reacting.  He was flying off the handle, punching walls, threatening to kill the abductors, etc., etc.  Each time I listen, I am trying to decipher whether she's upset about him or about Haleigh being missing.  What do you think?

luvmyboys, the last I read LE has stated that HaLeigh was seen outside the mh playing around 8 p.m. by a neighbor.

And hi to you, Brandi.  O/T I've gotten so many comments on the avi you did for me ... I'm so proud of him!  So, TU!  I was tending to believe that Misty was at least somewhere where LE was able to keep an eye on her, but I've got trouble believing her attorney would allow her to be under any protective custody when he knows that she's LE's chief target in their investigation.  Why would he put her within their grasp.  And now supposedly Ron's with her?  I'd think he was the one LE was trying to protect her from.  So confused!!!!!!

Yes cdp, I get up early and log on to my work computer (work from home) at 6 a.m., and then log on to personal computer to see if lovely little HaLeigh has been found.   I don't have sense enough to call it a day at a certain time at night.   , afraid I just might miss something.

And it sure gets me  when NG advertises a bombshell in advance of her show airing and it turns out to be a dud.
