I have a question for you all...has the motion by the defense and the motion by the prosecution to strike that motion been released for us to read?  I see where all the news agencies seem to be quoting them..but I haven't seen those docs myself.  Could someone point me in the direction to find them?  TY

The only way Casey will ever plead out is the Alford plea.  That way she never admits guilt[especially to mama and daddy].  Only that they have enough evidence to convict.  Then she can go on forever denying that she ever had anything to do with it.

Don’t know what kind of plea she will make, but I do not expect this case to go to trial. As long as she is in the pokey she can claim she’s innocent forever and it won’t bother me a bit……….

Listening to Bozo, I thought that after Whoraldo's question about pleading her, that question was predetermined by both of them. Bozo would hardly let his buddy call him out by telling him his client was guilty on national tv. Just maybe Bozo knows the gravy train is coming to an end and he wanted everyone, including LE, to know he was available for offers other than DP.
Or, perhaps the next doc dump has something so incriminating there is no alternative. Either way I hope that if there is a plea agreement that as part of that KC has to tell, everything that happened. I'm sure if she is going down she will take everyone down with her....including her parents. I think obstruction is a crime no matter what the relationship. JMO

I can understand your wanting an admission of guilt from her, I would like to see one too, but IMO if she ever confesses she will claim it was an accident. I know she will never be able to explain away the tape but she is determined to hold out and has somehow managed to for over a year. One year in protective custody, no visits except her defense attys and maybe the clergy and doctor occassionally. She should be totally stir crazy by now..........

I would sure love to hear the admission from her, but she has been so adament up until now that she is innocent, we may never know the truth.  Whatever happens in the end, I will be there to hear it and celebrate her going down.

The State Attorney's office will get a copy of George Anthony's testimony before a grand jury, a judge ruled today.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed an order today that a transcript of Anthony's appearance before the grand jury -- an appearance that came a day before his daughter was indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter -- be delivered to the State Attorney's office.

Prosecutors asked for a copy of the Anthony's testimony in preparation for Casey Anthony's murder trial, which is expected to begin next summer.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial. She is accused of causing the death of Caylee Marie Anthony, who went missing in July 2008 and whose remains were discovered in a wooded area less than a mile from the Anthonys' home in east Orange County.

George Anthony appeared before the grand jury on Oct. 14. Casey Anthony was arrested on the murder charge the next day.

I doubt very highly that an Alford Plea would be accepted in this felony murder case unless it was agreed that she would serve no less than LWOP.  An Alford Plea is a form of plea that the defendant states they are innocent but agrees that there is sufficient evidence that would convince a judge/jury (depends on crime/degree) to convict.
