the thing that bothers me (and believe me there are ALOT of them)... is just WHAT DID casey spend all of her free time DOING? IF SHE WASNT WORKING ... where WAS she? what DID she do? will the computers tell us that? did she just drive around? did ANYONE ever SEE her anywhere (besides the guy who THOUGHT he saw her joggiing) and the TARGET stores and such.. WHERE WAS SHE?

didnt ANYONE ever see her? now that it is so high profile, didnt ANYONE come forward to say..oh yeah..i saw her  with or without the baby HERE, or THERE, or parked  or AT the park..or ANYWHERE?

did she always go back after friends or family went to work and sneak back to hang out?

where WAS she.. what was she DOING???

I am willing to bet she did a lot of this. At her house and at Lee's, when he was at work. Where else she spent time, is anyone's guess.

i recall george saying that casey told lee ALOT OF THINGS they didnt know..
i wonder IF lee allowed her to be at his house.. if he KNEW she didnt have a JOB, and she didnt NEED a nanny or sitter..(yanno that NANNY CRAP really ticks me off.. i always think of a NANNY as a LIVE IN sitter.. not someone who you drop your child off with at the STORE or at a STEP or at the PARK as casey said she did...)

I agree with this, as well.  I think of a nanny that lives in your house and is paid to take care of your child, whereas a BABYSITTER is someone YOU take the child to to be watched while you work or go out, etc.  This Nanny crap to me makes it sound like KC wanted her friends to think that she was wealthy and able to afford the nanny over the babysitter....She is that type of person...she had nothing of her own, only things (money, clothing, etc etc.) from her family and friends (most of which was stolen).

Also, it strikes me as odd that NONE of her friends, especially the girls, asked her where Caylee was. Just sayin.  Around here when I leave my house without my girls, and go to see a friend, that is the FIRST thing they ask me.  Where are your girls?  THAT didnt make sense to me but I can see the reason may be because these friends were younger, IDK.  JMO.

Hi Boo and Trimonthelake,

It is a bit harder to decipher Lee because he hasn't put himself 'out there' in the media like George and Cindy. Here is what I think and again, it is only my speculation from the limited things I have seen.

Even though Lee lived very close to the Anthony home, I do not feel he was a son who spent a lot of his time there. He was close enough if they needed something but had his own life. He definitely has a very odd demeanor. George claims he is the level headed one but as everyone knows, he chuckles regarding the smell of death in the car. Of course we are thinking, why would you be chuckling when you know Caylee is missing? He mentions to the detectives that Casey said, Well maybe I am a spiteful bitch. That conversation seems to be incriminating to Casey. There is a point when he is talking to Casey in jail about her Blackjack phone, even he starts to say, Ok, I am confused...because her story about the SIM cards doesn't add up.

Now that they have said it looks like Casey acted alone, we can assume his fingerprints were not on the duct tape. However, I think that Lee (by doing his own investigation) was the one who passed the information from the priest to Dominic Casey. Casey did not allow any visits from Lee after a certain point and since all jail communication is monitored (letters) I doubt he would have gotten it from Casey directly. It doesn't look like Baez has a good relationship with George or Cindy or Lee so it's hard to believe it came from him. After the body was found, Casey denied the priests visit. Why? Casey's behavior is like a 10 year old, when she feels someone has wronged her, she stomps off and slams the door, making herself in control of the situation. We've seen this throughout the case. Why would she deny the priest's visit unless she feels 'wronged' by him in some way? She doesn't like people she cannot control. Perhaps while keeping her guilt confidential, he (the priest) could not handle the thought of this little angel being out in those woods. Perhaps he told Lee and then Lee told the investigators and this is why Dominic Casey was out there. This would still protect Casey and at the same time give Caylee peace.

I think Lee has been the 'protective brother' because he knows Casey has these limitations, ie, stealing money, lying, etc. I'm sure while they were in HS, he covered for her to avoid her getting into trouble with Cindy. Because she has always been this way, they have always been subject to placating her.

Lee's hair has gone from dark brown to grey which leads me to believe he has been under a lot of stress. He recently moved in with George and Cindy and it shows to me that he is the obligated son. I do not think he enjoys being there one bit as it a constant reminder of Caylee and he wanted to distance himself, now he can't do that.

As far as the DNA and lie detector tests go, I think he is suspect of the OSCO. Cindy has made it clear that they have been victims of the OSCO. In the beginning he seemed co-operative but since then, he has been resistant on any compliance issue. Of course this makes him look guilty. If the Anthony family believed the OSCO were trying to frame Casey, maybe he also felt that giving up any information would be twisted to their liking. Or maybe he just wanted to be compelled to do it.

This entire thing has become about protecting Casey. Who in this family is protecting Caylee? Casey has made them all feel bad for her. I don't know if this applies to Lee as it does to George and Cindy as we haven't seen much verbosity out of him. During the initial jail calls, she seems to be giddy, almost flirtatious with him. Do I think Lee is the father? Possibly, 75% chance. Casey told Jesse she was molested by George and Lee. While incest is prevalent in our society, just rarely spoken (or even counseled) about, to have it run with both males in a single family is harder to believe, even though the many PORN sites would have us think differently. I would believe that Casey is the one who tried to have a sexual relationship with Lee rather than the other way around. Keep in mind, Casey says things to get her what she wants at that moment. She wanted sympathy from Jesse when she disclosed this information to him. She will say or do whatever she needs to do to get her way.

I think Lee is smart, maybe the smartest one of the Anthonys. Distancing himself was his way of coping. Everyone has different coping mechanisms and while distancing may not be what we do, keep in mind, some people do. In general people want to believe the bad in someone rather than the good. Why? The "good" is boring. The "bad" is much more juicy.

Bottom line, Lee is frustrated. He has to be the parents of George and Cindy now from a financial perspective, how does he repair his life? From what I've read and see, I think Lee's involvement is limited to the passing of the clues to where the body was and being a pawn of Casey.

It doesn't seem like the Anthonys understand that by protecting Casey, they are dis-honoring Caylee. Why this isn't apparent to them is a huge disconnect in this case. This has invited speculation and abomination into their lives. Unfortuately, they have made their choices on where their loyalties lie. Actions speak louder than words. This is a phrase I tell everyone I counsel. Look at the actions. The actions should support the words. When they do not, something is WRONG.

On another note: I also wanted to say this....and I believe this is quoting a line from the movie, ONE HOUR PHOTO....Robin William's character says (paraphrasing here), "If aliens were to come down and look at our photos, they would think we lived this amazing life, one without pain or problems, always happy, always celebrating." This is what the photos of the Anthony family have been. This is why it is so hard to believe Casey is capable of murdering her little girl. We have to stop and remember that this family probably suffered from the same issues we all deal with in life, perhaps much darker, sinister and complicated.

I've had many random thoughts but no one's post to attach it to, so I am just going to vent a bit. 

I've been wondering something....about LP and Tim Miller. Cindy seems to make it known LP is not welcome. This is one of the few people in the beginning to be so generous and aiding them in getting her out. When I first started watching this on NG in July and Casey was telling her parents how the cops twisted everything around or that she couldn't help from in the jail. OK, back up. The text message to all of her friends stating Caylee was missing only came out when Cindy tracked her down. Cindy or Lee posted info on her MySpace page to 'get the word out.' So, she gets out and doesn't do anything, just like she didn't do anything since 6-16-08 to look for her daughter.

LP says, put her back in! I'm trying to follow the logic here.
Let's do a short comparison:
LP put up money for her bail. Cindy hates LP.
Casey kills Caylee. Cindy loves Casey.

What about this doesn't make sense????? Cindy didn't ever want Tim Miller out there searching. I mean, it was plainly obvious she had issue with his team searching. Cindy doesn't like anyone. She didn't like Kiomarie, Jesse, Richard Grund, LP, Tim Miller, Casey, George (remember George moved out in 2005), the OSCO, I'm sure there are others.

Casey is a Psychopath, but what is Cindy? Delusional? In Denial? Hiding a secret? Everyone has a motive in life for something. I would like to know what Cindy's motive is for making it abundantly clear she did not want Tim snooping around or LP associated with the case. Maybe Cindy is a spiteful bitch too.

Yesterday, I went back to read George's 7-24-08 interview, he states Baez wanted to get that "Dog Guy." I'm not sure how that relates to Leonard, specifically. Could he have meant, Dog the Bounty Hunter, who has his own show on TV? Seems like he would be in line with a more 'high profile' case since most people have heard of him. George also stated that Baez was in this for other reasons....he implies, perhaps money. That was on 7-24-08. So, on 7-24-08, there were already questions and judgments being formed. George might be the one in the family with Dissociative Personality Disorder as he seems to flip flop based on how the wind blows down in Florida. One day he has 'concerns' over the smell, the next he believes it was a Squirrel or Pizza, one day he has 'concerns' about Casey and the next he supports her 100%.

FAST FORWARD to the Larry King interview on 12-10-08. I had not seen this video until yesterday. I was in shock. Complete shock. George and Cindy are sitting there on Larry King telling the caller it was PIZZA, rotten PIZZA in the car that made the smell and on and on about the hot Florida weather, etc. Ummmm, Cindy, George already TOLD the detectives that he told you it was Pizza so you wouldn't get hysterical. That was in July /August 08 but now on 12-10-08 they are back to the Pizza theory. I think by this time, there was already proof no pizza was even in the car.

Cindy told Larry that only one of the photos that had been released of Casey partying was actually taken AFTER Caylee's disappearance. She has proof, she says. Those photos were for PR related work to promote Club Fusion. Ok, I am not Annie Leibowitz, but.....those pictures of Casey dancing with other girls and random guys do NOT look like PR photos. Cindy claims Casey was 'working' and was paid. I am going to assume this is the 'PROOF' she means.

On 12-10-08-they were adamant that Caylee was alive, after being spotted in California 4 days prior. Completely standing behind Casey, casting doubt on the entire OSCO, how they were all victimized by the OSCO......blah blah blah. The next day they ask for Immunity. Now, to hear their attorney say they love her, support her and want to know the truth, well, that's a very mis-leading statement. Ok, I get it they love her. I am a parent, I get it. Support her? Well, supporting her how? Because his next statement is they want to know the truth, which implies they have doubts she is telling the truth.

I get very upset with these Yahoos they call Defense Attorney's on NG....only a few of them seem competent. Ok, so being a liar doesn't make you a murderer, ok fair, that is a true statement. Ok, no phone number for the Nanny, no email for the Nanny, no picture of the Nanny. Hmmm, now things don't really make sense. Ok, decomp in the trunk, prescence of chloroform, a hair that seems to match Caylee's with a death ring on it. Defense says, still means that it could have been someone else. And of course there is Cindy telling the media that maybe someone put a dead body in the car AFTER. Yeah, like this happens all the time in Orlando, those damn dead bodies are always getting shuffled from car to car...you never know when one will turn up. It is not like they are The Sopranos. Give me a freaking break! And then tonight on NG, we have compelling Forensic evidence due to plants and bugs that the body was there for X amount of days. The defense was yammering about how it still doesn't mean Casey did it. OK.....everyone bought Entomology as evidence in Silence of the Lambs, right? WE all thought...WOWIE when the Jodie Foster pulled the moth out of the victim's mouth. We have grass growing through bones YAHOOS and bugs that multiply based on seasons. Add in the computer searches. Add in Tony stating he didn't want children or only male children. Add in the borrowed shovel. Add in the frantic calls on the 16th to Cindy and George. Add in the lies Casey told them during the rest of June and July until she was found with Tony. Add in the crazy PIs. This is what we know. Think about what we don't know. I get very sick to my stomach when a Yahoo (defense attorney) starts talking about how it's not proof to show Casey did it. Ok, so who did? I mean, how does anyone ever get convicted of any crime with their logic? I'm sure Scott Peterson is wondering why he couldn't have this 'DREAM TEAM'....

Speaking of Dream Team, I'm not too impressed. Dr. Henry Lee, NOT Impressive. He makes no sense to me when he speaks. Rarely does he answer questions. And where is KOBE? I haven't seen him on in awhile. Maybe Baez told him to stop going on the show, meanwhile Baez gets to make the rounds on all the shows. Maybe Baez went to one of those ONLINE law schools. Could this be why he looks like a MAROOON?? I'm not bashing online schools but if you are going to be a court room lawyer, you need to have courtroom experience. His smiling and chuckling (whining to the judge) during the hearing yesterday made me dislike him even more. And Strickland, the judge, I didn't care for him. He was LAX in the beginning? HELLO, this is a murder trial. I do not believe the Baez home computer is safe from hackers. TJ MAXX had a very large case where someone hacked into their CC database and ripped off customers big time. So, it happens. Baez can't even get the right documents filed or do any Discovery and we are supposed to believe he can safeguard these photos?

And lastly, let's not forget that there was a SEX CRIME unit that went to the Anthony house in August. I'm not sure if this is standard practice. And there were two men from out of state who had mentioned some sort of sexual photos. I don't believe anyone has followed up on this. It would be interesting to know what happened.

That is what I dont understand about LE not arresting the A's for lying to Le or obstruction or hindering an investigation.  The pizza you mentioned is just one example out of probably 100.  It has been reported after G & C kept saying a decaying pizza in the car...the only thing pizza related in the car that was found was a PIZZA BOX.  NO PIZZA. So, the A's have told a lie.  Why aren't they being arrested and charged???  It is very frustrating when EVERYONE knows they are lying and then nothing is done about it.  So, I guess it's ok to lie to LE???  What are older kids thinking when they see them tell lies?  That it's ok?   OH, the A's lied, we can too.  They need to stop the lying and do what's right FOR ONCE IN THEIR LIVES.  God knows they never taught their "precious" daughter right from wrong.  It's pathetic

Skip Davis said he would take the toys to a home for underprivileged children in Orlando. He said the Anthony family asked him to do it.

Even though Davis said he would take the gifts, after the altercation with the crowd of onlookers, he left without taking anything.

I've wondered and asked months ago if anyone thought she was maybe hanging out at Lee's house . . . . surely, he knew the truth about her.

Me, too.  There are so many indications (as noted here and elsewhere) that Lee's house could have been a hiding place from her parents, or her getaway retreat at times.  Maybe he knew, and maybe he didn't.
Didn't Lee's job take him out of town an awful lot?  What about his roommate, Brian?  Did he maybe work long hours?  Perhaps Lee's house was often empty, and she could have been there without either of them being home

I dont see her going to hang out at Lee's during the day.  Lee lived right down the street from Cindy...Cindy is nosey.  She would see KC's car there at some point and I'm sure Cindy had people from work or friends (if she had any friends) probably lookin out for KC during the day...plus George was unemployed.  It would be very easy for her to get caught by a family member during the day if she was hanging at Lee's.  I dont know where she went but I dont believe it was Lee's.  MOO.

People became furious after a freelance producer said he was going to remove all the toys and gifts from the scene.

"This is so wrong and we will not let you take it," said a person at the memorial.

Skip Davis said he would take the toys to a home for underprivileged children in Orlando. He said the Anthony family asked him to do it.

Even though Davis said he would take the gifts, after the altercation with the crowd of onlookers, he left without taking anything.

I think you're right.   His involved with their "money making" somehow.   I think more research needs to be done on him.   
God, I wish they would be charged with something so they can't make a dime off of Caylee!

Skip Davis, is a former producer of Inside Edition, in the Bill O'Reilly days.. He is the person that made the connection of Baez to Leonard Padilla, if you recall LP referred to him as a "longtime journalist friend".. He also Knows Geraldo well.

I would venture to say, he probably brought Todd Black *cough* to the party as well. As far as Larry Garrison, he approached the family on his own.

Maybe he has explained and I missed it - but why did Leonard not report the conversation he had with Hoover re  the P.I. searching the area until after the body was found?

Because as far as I know that conversation was AFTER the body was found and LP immediately contacted his guy in the FBI.

It is a bit harder to decipher Lee because he hasn't put himself 'out there' in the media like George and Cindy. Here is what I think and again, it is only my speculation from the limited things I have seen.
