Good Afternoon Monks.  Who has Kathi Belich's email?  Maybe she can run down and read this.  The defense is going to do this IMO at every turn to delay delay delay. 

Sorta/OT..I was watching a trial on In Session last week of a trial in Florida...IT TOOK 6 YEARS TO BRING THIS MURDERER TO TRIAL!!!!  I really don't think I could take that if this case takes that long.

I have a question:  If DC is charged with perjury or obstruction of justice, would he lose his private investigator's license?  And what about his attorney?  Can she be disciplined for presenting false information to the court?

I really don't know.....hope someone else does.  I THINK as long as the attorney says she had no knowledge the info was false she couldn't be disciplined.  JMO

Oh thank you, thank you ..my mother thanks you, my father thanks you,  everybody thanks you Cece...I know exactly what I was doing at that moment....watching Nancy Grace..and JVM was sitting in for her, etc.

And for once I was glad the protesters were there for KC & Sin Sin & Yo Yo to hear them cheering.  Shucks...bet they could hear ME all the way to Florida.

Prosecutors to question private investigator, Lee Anthony's girlfriend

Prosecutors handling the Casey Anthony first-degree murder case will question private investigator Dominic Casey in November, according to a deposition notice filed today.

Dominic Casey will be questioned at 11 a.m. Nov. 12.

This comes as attorneys who represent Zenaida Gonzalez, the Kissimmee woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation, are trying to secure a deposition from the private investigator.

He had refused to be questioned by the civil attorneys, saying the information he has is considered privileged since he worked for Anthony, her defense attorney and her parents.

Gonzalez' attorneys want the civil judge to force Dominic Casey to answer their questions, according to documents filed last week.

Gonzalez claims Anthony ruined her reputation and is suing for more than $15,000 in damages.

Casey Anthony told investigators she left her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie with a nanny by the name of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Investigators have said the nanny never existed.

Prosecutors will also depose Mallory Parker on Nov. 12. Parker was Casey Anthony's brother's girlfriend at the time Caylee was reported missing.

It's unclear what Parker and Lee Anthony's relationship status is today.

Prosecutors also filed another discovery notice today, outlining what items will be released to Casey Anthony's defense team. It includes a one-page document and a CD of Casey Anthony's tattoos.

I believed when Lee was deposed by the state, and then Luka was no longer needed at least for now, that Lee told everything he knew and then some. I really hope he did, and if he did maybe he just doesn't want the lies and bs anymore.

Interesting comments on Luka's part. Hmmm, do you think Lee talked to him and told him things about knowing that Caylee was dead and where she was?? Luka is the one that got is Use Immunity, I think he's letting a cat out of the bag on what he and Lee knows!

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors filed a notice Tuesday in the case against Casey Anthony of their intent to depose two more people.

They include the Anthonys' former private investigator Dominic Casey and Lee Anthony's girlfriend, Mallory Parker.

Casey has been the subject of much speculation in the wake of videotape taken of him searching the area where Caylee's remains were found a month later.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area near the Anthony family home last December.

Casey said he was following the direction of a psychic who directed him to the area. Both depositions are scheduled for November at the state attorney's office.

I know that, she sure could get convicted without knowing the COD, but I still wish they knew it.
