Everytime I even think about Conway's statement that the A's wanted casey to be a the private memorial...that they all wanted to be together as a family....my blood boils....such arrogance!! I have said all along this family never deserved this little child.  How can they be so damned insensitive. And why are they waiting to bury her or cremate her remains? All the experts say repeatedly there is nothing to see, nothing to autopsy!  I think they are waiting til the holidays are over so they will not risk not being the center of attention!!

I don't believe the Anthony's.  I don't believe their photo ops.  I don't believe any attorney that represents them.  They want a private memorial with Casey there so they can talk to her, get their ducks in a row.  I don't believe they are waiting until after the holidays so they can grieve....I believe they are using the remains of Caylee as a way to stall off any depositions/questioning sessions from LE or attorneys.

I don't get the videotape thing from the PI.

First of all, there were bones scattered over an acre of land. Secondly, it's a given the bag moved with the water, but I don't know if a month ago would have made any difference. Thirdly, I want to know and see how many OTHER places this guy videotaped, and Lastly, I would like to understand how anyone can pick and choose what to divulge to police who are investigating a crime???

This is an investigation into the murder of a 2 year old! TELL THE TRUTH AND ALL OF IT!!!

Wait I'm kind of confused. Why would there even be a daisy chain? Why would Lee tell the PI to tell the MReader where the body was? Wouldn't the A's defense that Caylee is still alive be totally blown to pieces by the finding of the body? Don't they benefit more from it from a "missing" Caylee than a deceased Caylee? I don't understand the motive for finding her unless it's right in front of my face but I'm not seeing it 

I could be wrong, but here's what I think. I still believe that tryin to prove Casey innocent is and always has been the main focus. I believe that was th reason to have the area videotaped to show absence of the body during the times that Casey was out on house arrest and then when she went back in jail the last time and they knew there was no chance of her getting out, then it was time for the body to surface, so it could be said that someone else placed the body there besides Casey because she didnt have access seeing as how she was locked up...Then even from this angle, money   could still be made from a tell all book of how she was wrongly accused of the crime and so forth.....................
 
    Either way, I dont think the video is going to amount to much, seeing as how the body could have been buried under some debrie or the camera might not have even been on the exact spot, or animals could have drug the body to this spot later. Lots of things could have happened...

Wasn't there early speculation regarding Amy Huzenga's storage unit too?  Casey had the keys to her car and everything else.  Maybe the A's, Casey or both thought it would be harder for LE to get a search warrant for something in someone else's name?  Remember all the talk about the keys and Lee destroying a key for Amy?

Unless this PI knew the exact spot of where to film and closed in on it, I agree, debris could have been covering it or anything else.

I can't see pens or bright yellow "post its" on my desk half the time, and I'm sitting at it!

What a wonderful tribute to Heather and Caylee. I will be making a donation to TES  in Caylee's name.

That is a really good idea. I will do the same thing. I have been trying to figure out what I can do, and I like that idea.

I think about all the hard work TES did to try to find Caylee. They really deserve a lot of recognition, but all they got from the A's was a lot of bullcr**.

Tim gave so much or himself and of TES and spent so much money on the searches for Caylee.....and had to put up with that trash talk from the A's and Nancy Grace and he did it because he cares and knows what it is like to have a child missing and the need to find that child.....This is a way I can honor her memory and know that the monetary gift will be used for good. And NOT GO TO THE A's. Flowers and stuffed animals are wonderful....and I understand the need for people to pay tribute in this way....for me, personally, making a donation to TES in her name is my way of paying tribute and honoring her.

You know, I think one of the things that RRRREALLLY gets to me about CA, GA, and LA is not only how offensive their attitudes and actions are to Caylee herself, but how they ran around the country spending other people's money to "look for a missing child" who wasn't really missing but was killed by their own offspring. It's like a major "F* U" in face of the millions of ACTUAL missing children and their families everywhere.

Agreed. I know that we have a little money for donations in Heathers name, and we WILL NOT be giving this money to the Anthonys.  Instead we will be donating to the funeral home that Heathers services were at. The money will be used for any parent who can not afford a proper burial for their child. I really wanted to send the money for Caylee, but am so afraid that GA, CA and LA would get a hold of it. So this way we ensure the donation gets put to good use in Caylees name.

You are empathetic!  I know I felt the same way.  I've gone through that with my 3 girls and I swear that's one of the reasons I decided we were "done" after #3.  I've always said that was one of the worst things about my girl's infant/toddler years.  When they make you hold them on your lap while they give the immunization my girls would always look at me like I betrayed them! Broke me heart every time.

I took him the first time and cried harder than he did....I was a mess...the doctor suggested that perhaps next time I should bring someone with me I know that look......breaks your heart for sure!!

I would think that in an official investigation, you don't have the option to not answer a question that you know the answer to if it furthers the investigation.

I agree, that video (without even seeing it)can't prove she wasn't there. It can only prove the body/bag was not visible to the "naked eye". It was a month before, maybe it was still covered, either by water or debris. Just because he scanned the area with the video camera, doesn't mean you can see everything. I watched the video of the A's backyard with Greta last week, and it was hard to make out alot of the things that were in the cameras view.
Another thing, what was he even doing out there, in that supposed exact area? WHY? I think it's very suspicious he happened to video tape there. I think someone has some splaining to do!!!

Sunny... that is exactly why we are donating where we know it will be used in honor and not greed. When we had to plan Heathers funeral we were beyond shock at the cost of a funeral, especially when you have made no plans for something like that. No one should ever have to bury a child, and if they do they need to know that someone is there to help. When you are handed a price sheet for the cost it is overwhelming. I can see parents without any resources settling for simple boxes, or cremation when they don't want that,as there may not be any other choice. I wish we had more money to give so that no parent ever has to feel they did not or were not able to create a beautiful memorial for their child. At least for one parent I know that they will be assured that it is ok to pick the nicer coffin, or better flowers, or a grave marker without worrying, and they will know that this gift comes from two beautiful angels Heather and Caylee.
This type of donation, donations to TES...or those Christmas gifts that were left for needy children make so much more sense. These gifts truly honor Caylees memory. I just do not want CA, GA or LA getting anymore money as I do not trust a one of them to do the right thing.

I agree....I keep remembering that BJ carries messages back and forth from KC to the A's and visa versa.....they don't need to see her or her them...cause BJ Is telling them all what to say
